Both actually. At Indy I had some hope when I learned I could take the corners at full speed - but only at clean air. It was pretty heart-wrenching to later look at Fox or Spurgy making turns 1 & 3 at ~290km/h, without lifting off the throttle at all, all while following closely in the draft of another car.

I could make all the turns flat out whilst sticking to the inside.

I was able to stick with Yera for a while bump drafting him, and I didn't lose much time in the corners.

To be fair, Yera hasn't won a drivers title since ToCA Independents back on GT5 (I think)

He won ToCA9 overall, although admittedly both him and Snow drove like tools that season and didn't really deserve it imo.

Most certainly, the racing that season was good but the racecraft was terrible.

I could drive around the bottom without lifting. I went into T3 on a lag bump at about 185 mph and had no issues on worn tires going around the bottom. The only time I ever had to lift was when someone was on my outside right next to me. Motegi I bumped the brakes on corner entry and that was it.
