I have my last GCSE tomorrow, I'd rather get that out the way and just do the rest of the season. Sorry for late notice.

Wow. Everyone pretty much had offs but @jammy21 didn't like the rain, was closing around 10-20 seconds a lap when it started drying with 2 to go, I already had damage. Great win. 👍

The Green Hell lived up to it name, it whipped all of us.

But PD thought @Furinkazen and @LancerEvo7 needed more punishment.

I said it in lobby and I said it again, if I had won that (and I was lucky enough to get pits at right time and cut 100 seconds to 10 in 2 laps) it would have been pure luck. Though I kinda like driving that Mk IV in the rain ;)

Was around 4 minutes behind after 2 laps, managed to claw it back to around 3 minutes behind with 2 laps to go then put dry tyres on then it rained, tried to wait at the line to see out the timer then had to complete another lap. So may of been able to win the race but by the sound of it others in the class could of as well

Well I think I am right in saying that was my first ever FRL win :). Although there were only 5 GT-O cars the rain made it hard earned and I have never concentrated so hard, my feet hurt from all the throttle control lol.

Unfortunately I DC'd after the finish if anybody got the replay I would love to know my times wet and dry compared to the others. I think Smuffy and his cobra had the legs on me in the dry.

@Furinkazen how many drop rounds are there in this? if there are 2 or 3 then you could put me down as a regular driver because I can probably also make all the remaining races if you will have me 👍. Overall still not sure if I like endurance racing though.

3 drops, counted after races 9,12,15 IIRC. I'll put you down, Rofl leaving has left a Ferrari spot open.

Next week is an old school bit of fun, HSR. No more rain till Silverstone in september...

You won a race :bowdown::bowdown:

I didn't think it was going to happen in my lifetime :guilty:

Well done to @Siggers for the GTO win. I made far to many mistakes in the monsoon conditions to keep up.

We did have a bit of a battle in the rain for 1 lap. Scary stuff.

Interesting points after tonight, Smuffy will only get half... You will have made up a few spots...

Felt happy with the car after the opening 2 laps getting damage losing over 3 minutes, then managed a 5 lap stint during the first rain shower as I didn't need to pit, a few more times I got damage but positive signs were there.

Am I right in thinking that anyone of the 5 Prototypes could of won the race, if that's the case then the BoP may be near perfection

Ferrari bloody fast still. 8:10 :scared:

Yeah I didn't like the rain but also it made race very interesing and exciting. It was a bit like chess game when 2 laps remaining and rain stop just before (surface wetness went 100% to round 10%) end of lap. I was thinking to change the tires from racing wet to SportSoft and then I watched the sky and it did seem to getting any clearer so I decided to go pass the pit and stayed Wet tires. I saw Furi did pit stop and then I followed how my lead seem to disapper split after split. Then rain started again and ah was I glad to stay on Wet and my lead start to grow again (Furi was just 10s behind at the closed state) when surface wetness went again to 100%.
What a race :)
Well done everyone:cheers:

Well, I said before the race began I would either win or spend most of the race backwards in the barriers. :(

That call was kinda mine :ouch: , but wouldn't have predicted weather drying out. In all honesty, I would have stayed out for final lap with Jammy, but on penultimate lap I actually went off somewhere between Aremberg and Foxhole and got left rear damage. It was from there I concluded Jammy had damage as despite the car crabbing badly I was still catching him.

BTW: Change for HSR onwards, due to my own concerns on tyres at longer tracks especially, Q sessions are going to be run at the 2nd usage rate, so FAST not FASTEST. Tables will be done back end of this week.
