after updating myself with this thread i partially agree with @LancerEvo7 and @jammy21 but i think the cars' specs make some cars too good for their speciality, like the Ford is great for top speed Jag is good for acceleration and Ferrari is good at high speed corners. I agree with the Ferrari nerf but a bhp limit isn't the answer, weight is. It is near 200kg lighter than it's competitors.

From specing a Classic Series like this for the Midweek Motorsport Racers Collective the ford and jag have relatively the same rear tyre wear

I've been doing this 4 years with these cars in varying specs. Ballast makes car a pig. Tried that.

you can always tune around ballast, 20 kg or so won't do much

20kg has zero effect on the Ferrari.
