There's still 75 points to be won, so 16 points are really not that much, especially when you assume that both our last results will not be dropped (which is likely). In that case I would drop 10 points while you would drop 8, meaning that from that point of view the score would currently only be 183-172.

Win the last 2 races and finishing 2nd twice won't be enough for me. One DC, and the championship is turned completely around...

Rain certainly evened it out. @jammy21 and @TNR_KING_FILO were class of field in Q and was surprised they didn't disappear up the road quicker. During rain, Jammy got caught badly by traffic and I passed him. Filo went off and I managed to assume lead in a mad GT-P train with @Panoz and @Roflwaffle joining a party that included a 4 car drift tandem past @LancerEvo7 Assumed lead after Filo fell off and @chrisjohnson93 did his best job application for a sunday roadblock. @Yeratel84 who'd been in pits on pace lap was then by, my tyres were dying and he was catching but so was Filo. Unluckiest freak DC ever for Yera, and my 45 minute stint killed the tyres. Filo had the lead, and then rain so I was suddenly 14 seconds down. Gap was kinda stable doing 2:10's in the rain and I almost Kimi'd it after lapping a duelling Lancer and @raceorama123432 . Gap fell back and I pitted nothing to lose when track dried with 5 minutes left. In 3/4 laps 50 seconds became 30 but Filo won well deserved. Also apologies for maybe taking a year or two off @snowgt 's life by ambushing @Panoz and @Roflwaffle as they split him on Hangar straight in the rain early on

I got a drive through on the pace lap, decided to go round and pit at the end of the 2nd pace lap which put me 16 seconds behind after 1 sector, also lost 5 seconds when my TV input went off down the hangar straight so pressed start and fixed it, was catching at that point after the initial rain shower.

Decent race, Rob and I were about on par with each other and destroyed everyone else. I got PD Logic'd about 20 laps in, but luckily for me Rob got PD Logic'd multiple times over the next 5 or 10 laps, so after that it was just cruising home. Thought I would run out of gas but the rain came again and I pitted. Was about to lap Carb and he vanished, unlucky for both him and Rob that that happened. On to Le Mans.
