Tomorrow seems to be my best chance. I would have it today if I actually paid attention to how much money I've spent with my card... :grumpy:

Just driven the Shelby Daytona, with 11pp trimmed for an event. Holy 🤬 . No power until around 3000 rpm in gear 1 and then WHANG!

Thought it was Christmas for ya? :embarrassed:
Well my good lady wife let me have it early, she's a star

Well that was interesting. My update only took 10 mins to download. Then  shock horror, everything including online is locked up :irked:. So it was about 2 hours of racing and licence tests just to get online. But there you go.

Oh and my C3 has been painted up, with wheels and aero and is good to go :mischievous:

Roll on season VII :gtpflag:

DO not use the stockyard. There's a glitch that wipes all game data and you can't get it back.

Well I'm too skint for the AE version, so I'm just gonna go with the standard. Will probably go pick it up soon!

I've made a new account to play GT6 on...

If you guys could all add GTP_Lout that would be grand

@Akmuq , very much so. First thing noticeable is steering in the physics, very direct. Game plays smoother, loading times almost non existent (apart from first time installing a track), and it is a genuine step up in difficulty. A Spec is pretty big as well.

It sounds to me like 6 has the same problems as 5. They spend more time focusing on modeling the stars then working with the AI or on sound. That, and everything seems to be coming in a "later update."

AI needs some work, and so does sound as ever. Driving physics is the major + point of this game.

I also noticed by the way, there is room for an Endurance Hall to be added on the menu;s (unless it's in the Super License part I am trying to unlock)

As long as there are not 2 endurance's lasting a combined total of 13 hours around Tsbuska I don't care where they are and I i'm not the only one who thinks that.

After playing the game for about 3 hours now, I can make the following conclusions:

If you get the standard version you are really going to struggle early on for money as the pay outs are small. Online is bloody woeful for prize money.

The physics are great but tyre noise when turning is annoying as it happens in every corner.

Frame rate struggles online some times especially at the top of Mt Panorama.

Overall I give the game 8.5/10

GT6 is killing me right now. I hate single player racing (especially with poor AI) and I'm gonna have to do a lot of It to get any cars... WSC needs to hurry up so I can rely more on online for my money.

Online pay-out’s are even worse Ross!
