The problem was that you set changeability to ridiculously high levels and it would go from sunny to monsoon and back to dry in the space of a lap.
Actually, I found that really ridiculously high levels of changeability seem to result in rather stable weather, because then it's highly likely that just when it starts getting worse, it gets better again. It's those settings where change could maybe happen, that when it does, it stays bad for a rather long time.
I wouldn't bet my money on anything regarding weather though. I just hope we don't have races with 2 hours of wet track, especially the ones going through the night.
