Frontlines Fuel Of War (multiplayer demo available. 50 players online 360 version)

Whoa! You have to try that multiplayer demo for Frontlines Fuel of War. Holy crap thats insane fun. 32 players and more land and air vehicles plus weapons than you will know what to do with. You can even fly and drive little remote control cars and planes right into enemies. lol It was a blast!! It is basically Battlefield 2 Modern combat on steroids.
The multiplayer demo is much better than the single player demo. Frontlines Fuel of War is a must buy for me now.

I dunno... the online seems fun but a little sloppy. Every match I go in I get skipping lag, and the framerate drops heavily when explosions are happening all around you. The controls take some getting used to but it's still hard to hit people at a distance.

Battlefield 2 feels more fluid and complete compared to this IMO.

We have been having a great time with this game. We traded in COD4 for this and dont miss COD4 at all. I also wanted to confirm that Frontlines is actually 50 people online including jets!!!

The single player demo was crap but the multiplayer demo is what sold me on the game. You should try the 32 player multiplayer demo. If you like the multiplayer demo then you will like the full game. Just remember the full game has up to 50 players online.

My gf and I had a couple epic and very intense battles last night in a room with around 47 people. Total chaos and destruction. Vehicles, drones, and vehicles were everywhere and the teams seem to be perfectly even. It was probably one of the most intense battles I have had in any game in my life. We really needed to work together as much as possible and teamwork was a must. At one point a tank was wiping people out along with couple other well placed enemies. I missed with one of my air strikes so I decided to use my ground remote control car drone that can blow up vehicles. I am controlling this drone toward the tank giggling like a little school boy when one of the enemies runs out in front of it before I reach the tank and it hits their feet and my drone flips over. I am only about 5 feet away from the tank but not close enough to kill it. I am yelling "Noo NOOOO flip back over!!!!" Finally I get it to flip over as the enemies are shooting at it and I just run straight into the tank and detonate the drone killing the tank and 2 other people all in the same action. It was incredible and I was yelling out loud in celebration. At this point I switched to my rocket shooting helicopter drone. Then we were able to take that frontline position and shortly after we won the game. Those of you that arent playing this game truly are missing an amazing experience.

How's the connection? I've read at 1up that lag was terrible. That was a few weeks ago though. Seriously, you're making it sound pretty cool...maybe ill give it a rent.

I downloaded the MP demo due to your word....







And you were right. It's insanely fun! Pulled off 23 kills (with 16 deaths) on Streets. It's a LOT of fun, and probably on my Must-Get list. Didn't know there was a single player demo though. But again, a crap load of fun. I can't wait to see what it's like to actually fly & drive the vehicles.

The only thing I hope is that even though this is a new game, the developers wil continue to improve upon it.

You are able to pick any server you want before you enter a game. If it has full green bars then the connection will be perfect with no lag. If you pick a server with yellow or red then yes you will see lag. Just pick the green servers and you will be amazed how well this game runs!!

I am glad your enjoying the game. It truly is insane, intense, and chaotic fun. In the full version you actually get to fly jets in some of the levels.
Oh and for your coment on the developers, Kaos is doing an excellent job listening to our feedback on the game and they already have increased their servers and they are making improvements already to the servers to make them even better. The game has only been out a week and Kaos has impressed me with as a developer. They really listen to the community and actually respond.

I think I read that somewhere on their forums, that they increased the PC servers, as well the Xbox 360. The PC version seems to be having flaws, and the 360 version seems to only have a few.

I don't know if I would play it for single player, though. None the less, my birthday is coming up rather quickly, so perhaps I'll drop a few hints to relatives.
