Too bad, the Alpina looks like its been sitting for a long time. I think it could be stunning if freshened up/restored though.

Not even an original M6. But no means are they common, but there's enough of them on sale at any given time that they aren't really that rare.

I'm surprised at how much M6s have appreciated in value, but that example still seem a bit overpriced.

Alright, I get it now; it was a bad post. :grumpy:
I won't bother with posting something now unless it's ultimately rare now. Though, that means I have absolutely nothing to post.

It's not a bad post per se, but (much like many other parts of this forum) it's about using your discretion. If you look back at the past few pages, you'll see some good examples of "rare sales;" they all tend to either be incredibly rare, or kinda rare but in an extremely uncommon state (owned by a celebrity, extremely low miles, etc). If you keep that in mind, you'll be fine.

I don't necessarily want to discourage you from posting, but with the above said, for the most part, if there's nothing worthy to post, then you, nor anybody, should be posting just for the sake of posting. Posts should be about quality, not quantity.

Right, quality rather than quantity. Okay, but while I have looked at the previous pages before posting here, I still don't completely understand it.
