1974 Camaro L88. Last known conversion (and last car sold) by Nickey Chevrolet in Chicago.

Just crossed the block at Mecum auctions last weekend. Didn't get high enough bid though, so it didn't sell.

How about selling all your limbs?

Then you'd own it but couldn't drive it. :P

I thing that is unusual, quite rare, yet cheap and great. I believe BMW nuts will like these. @Crash and @Clark specially.

From Petrolicious:

#6 BMW 320is S14 (E30)–The E30 320is was a limited production model sold exclusively in Italy and Portugal that sported a 1990cc S14 engine and Getrag 5-speed gearbox out of an E30 M3. This variation took advantage of the countries’ lower tax on engines sized 2.0L or less. With all other components shared with the base model 3-series, and performance numbers close to the 2.3L S14, the 320is is definitely a sleeper. But be on the lookout! Only 1,205 four-door models were ever produced, making this sedan a rare find (pictured is the coupe).

From Wikipedia:

S14B20
This version was only sold in Portugal and Italy. It has a 1990 cc capacity (achieved by shortening the stroke to 72.6 mm) and produces 141 kW.

Applications:

  • 1987-1990 E30 320iS (Italy and Portugal only)

I've always liked the 320is. I'd still have a 325i but given the choice between M3 and 320is i'd struggle to choose. I move the standard non M3 shape, and it makes it a bit more of a q car.

Awesome find @AlvaroF. Thanks for sharing. 👍 I haven't seen much comparisons of the 320is vs M3 in terms of handling and feel; would be an interesting comparison.

That's insane! Early 911s are wonderful but I just don't think of them as being 6 figure cars. I'd pay £50-80 grand for a mint original 911, but I don't think of them as being on par with something like the Dino 246, which will often fetch close to £250k.
