I don't know... maybe my spare change could count as a "Best Offer". :lol:

That is absolutely stunning. The ST is THE best looking 911 IMHO.

The only criticism I could make is (I know they are period correct) I'm not a fan of the minilite rear wheels. They were only put on originally as Porsche couldn't get the correct width Fuchs.

Very different car to a Singer - I'd guess around half the price in $$$'s, maybe a third the price in £££'s or €€€'s, a lot slower and much noisier... more a car you take out for an hour early on a Sunday morning to trash.

I agree, it's definitely one of the best 911s out there. As for the minilite wheels, they aren't so bad with a matching front set, but for originality, it just makes the car a bit more special in my eyes to have a mismatched set of wheels.

May be rumors, but I've always heard that the Singer's styling was inspired by the S/T, so that was my only reason for the comparison.

I kinda like that for some reason, but no way a BDA makes 320bhp... maybe 230ish :lol:

That car needs a V8 though.. buy it, sell the BDA to someone with a Mk1/2 Escort (for pretty big money), drop a nice 500bhp+ V8 in the Mustang.

BDA engine putting out 320-350hp... :rolleyes:

If it was bored out to 2ltrs and on mechanical fuel injection, you could probably see 280+hp. But as a naturally-aspirated 1600 on carbs, there's no chance. Perhaps they meant to say 220-250hp?

Absolutely... still, 220bhp from a carb fed 1.6 would be pretty epic in a mk1 Escort weighing c.800kg... would sound pretty evil too :D

UK Mercedes fans beware, there's a bit of an unicorn arriving on your shores;

No, it's not quite an 190 Evo2, but rather an Evo1 with Evo2 rims. But there is more to this Mercedes than just a mere change of wheels:

This car comes equipped with something known as the "AMG Powerpack", an 19,000 Deutsche Mark option that AMG provided for any eager Evolution owner. Instead of me spewing out plenty of fancy words about what makes this pack great, I'll just share some numbers;

  1. 225 horsepower;
  2. 240 torques;
  3. 7,700 raised rev limit;
  4. 0-60 in 7.2 seconds;
  5. Quoted top speed of 236 km/h\146 mph
And if you don't like the Evo 2 rims (a choice from Newera themselves, apparently), fear not; the car also comes with the original Fuchs rims, so the car can hide its sleeper status even better! No price is given for this, but it's safe to say that it will not be a 10,000 pound car, if you catch my drift...
