list me your fr cars too. Both classes
I would like to see more opinions too.
You seem to be out of the loop, so I'll fill you in.
The whole concept behind a 3-pronged regulation system is to have the best available cars in each class be at/near the class limits in stock form so as to give other cars a fighting chance.
The point is that you won't have a car to meet all 3 limits. 2 maybe, but not the three.
-----
Fastest cars in each class:
C:
- FR: FC3S, Miatas, AE86, BMW 2002 (my personal favorite here, but I'm not too fast in it)
- MR/RR: MR-S, Alpine A110, Ferrari Dino, (Elise is still banned)
- FF: there are so many and they're all pretty similar, but the EK is still the easiest to drive here
- 4WD: That little Daihatsu, I can't remember the name
- This class is probably the most balanced right now because of the tires and the low power.
B:
- FR: S2000, FD3S
- MR/RR: 3400S, NSX-R, Esprit's (all of which are near stock, and with an oil change they become ineligible ... Which is the whole point).
- FF: DC5, Volvo C30 R, EK9, Focus RS (late model)
- 4WD: WRX Spec C, WRX Type R V/VI, Evo VI RS
- Because of the PP limit, you don't see very many NSX's because they're basically stock in this class. You also don't see very many FF's because a lot of them are at their limits of adhesion in this class and that makes them harder to tune and drive. Thankfully you get to see a far greater variety of FR's and some obscure 4WD's here like Galants, wagons, Volvos, and Fairladies are more competitive here now.
A:
- FR: BMW M4, FD3S Spirit R, Ferrari California (near stock)
- MR/RR: Esprit, NSX-R, RGT
- FF: This is really up for grabs, not many FF's are run in this class but if I'd have to guess, the Volvo C30R, Focus RS, and DC5 would be tops here.
- 4WD: Subaru S206 is almost untouchable. Audi R8 4.2 is on par. The BNR32 is very fast here, but not nearly as easy to be fast in as the other two cars mentioned. The base R35 is the only R35 eligible here (that's on purpose)
- The S206 is the only car here that's been questioned if it is to be banned, so that should give you some indication as to its speed.

I don't mean to put you down, but you should watch how you express yourself on the thread because your comments come off as confrontational and we dont want no part of that, Dewey (Walk Hard reference, if anyone has seen the movie).
Like I said before, if you have any suggestions, we're open to them. But also, understand that we didn't just come up with these regs just for the sake of having new settings.
We tested these for about 2-3 months before deciding on them. That's not to mention that since our reboot earlier this year, we've been slowly evolving towards the current setup. So you could say it's been nearly a year in development.
The whole reason we created the council was to decentralize the power within the league/club. So no one person has the ability to change rules or regulations without a majority consent.
I accepted the responsibility of taking over management of the thread myself, but reached out to our community for help. And the people that were selected (I'll be honest, we weren't elected) were based on their merit, contribution and dedication to LotS. Also taking into consideration their different styles, philosophies, and connections to groups within the community. Call it birth of a [Touge] nation.
A representative democracy for the good of the community with the number one priority being balanced competition. Our system isn't perfect, but it's up to you the drivers to bring to our attention any flaws or issues with the system so we can work towards a solution.
You haven't mentioned any issues, just that you disagree which is the fastest 4WD on the pass. You're entitled to your opinion, but it doesn't circumvent the facts, B. (some NY slang for you, my guy).
EDIT: fixed typos
