It shook my faith the first time I read it. But it sure did make me do some serious thinking.

Why not? If God's going to sort it out, and he's smarter than you or I, why not step back and let him deal with it, and let us give the gays what they really need (support)?

I understand where you're coming from, but you say you're going to let God deal with it - if you believe this, what's the point of getting involved?

Gil, I'd read Robert Heinlein's grocery list. He's my hero. So in answer to your question, yes, I've read Job - A Divine Comedy. Glad to hear you read it and absorbed it! I should probably give it another go just on principle.
