So, how much do you guys pay per liter or per US/UK gallon?

Here the price range is roughly 1,70€-1,75€ per liter, which is roughly 6,37€-6,56€ per US gallon, I think. And diesel isn't far behind.. :irked:

It varies pretty wildly here. One day it was $1.45 per litre, and then 2 days later it was $1.52. I usually put Caltex Vortex/Shell V-Power 98 octane in my car though which runs around $1.62-$1.67 a litre. Never pay much attention to the diesel prices. Depending on what car I pick up in a couple of months though, I may have to :D

Were i live its in liters, its 1.06$ a liter right now for premium 93 octane and my SRT4 does like to drink it pretty fast :( driving around town doing errands with the A/C on kills my gas mileage, I need a Honda CR-Z in my life.

Oh smeg. Units are a world of pain. Americans buy US gallons of gas in US$, Canadians buy litres of gas in Canadian cents, Europeans buy litres of petrol in Euros and Eurocents, Brits buy litres of petrol in pounds and pence but use it in Imperial gallons... it's hell.

Translations for everybody:

ONE US gallon = 3.785 litres
ONE Imperial gallon = 4.546 litres
1 Euro€ = 1.27 US$, 0.79 GB£, 1.28 CN$, 1.28 AU$, 102 JPY

To convert into €/US gallon (ummm... why?):

Europeans: Multiply litre fuel price by 3.785
Brits: Multiply litre fuel price by 4.79 (divide by 100 to convert from pence to pounds)
USians: Divide gallon fuel price by 1.27
Canadians: Multiply litre fuel price by 2.957 (divide by 100 to convert from cents to dollars)
Australians: Multiply litre fuel price by 4.957 (divide by 100 to convert from cents to dollars)

Our local is 139.9p/litre. That's:
£1.40; €1.77; US$2.25 /litre
£5.30; €6.71; US$8.53 /gallon [US]
£6.36; €8.05; US$10.24 /gallon [Imp]

Most places up here are 1.34/1.35.

Our local ASDA has taken to making their prices end in a .7, instead of the more usual .9, so they're currently charging 134.7p/litre.

We just hit 2.00 swiss francs per liter for regular 95 unleaded, don't get me started on Premium 98 and Diesel :nervous: .

In our neighboring country France, prices aren't too far behind, at around 1.80€ (although at the current exchange rates...).

Time to move to America. Or Dubai.

I just wanted to be accurate for a change. :D And I'm interested mostly because I am heading to Southern California in few months, to take part in a 2 year studying program in order to improve my automotive skills and language of the trade. Locally I have no options to do so.

So I've heard. Our current prices translate into 8,3x USD per US gallon, so, it's still a bargain from my point of view. Funny how there rising fuel prices have led to most ridiculous selling phrases in Craigslist.. "Fuel saver" "Fuel sipper" "Fuel scrooge" etc etc..

141.9 Litre last time I filled up at Sainsburys. The 3 near me all have different prices for some reason, that was the most expensive out of the 3. Cheapest being 137.9 I think.

I think prices have done down a smudge here, at Texaco it was 143.4 a litre I think but now its 139.9 for unleaded.
In fact 90% of petrol stations I have seen in the past few weeks have been at 139.9

The prices recently climbed over 5 LTL per liter - 1,47€/liter (7,7$/USgal). And the average wage is ~500€(640$) a month in here. Hahahahahahahahaha

About $3.90/Gallon, sometimes up to $5 depending where you live in the states.

Filled up this morning @ $3.79/gallon. $45 total.

2006 Chevy Cobalt. I usually get around ~430 miles on a tank, ~34mpg

0.70 € for a liter LPG. So that would be 2.649 € per US gallon. V8 FTW.

It's around $3.60 per gal average near the University in Tampa.

Meanwhile my parents in the middle east pay 10 cents a liter.

Guess the country.

Antarctica...........

Finally under $4.00 at $3.93 here in the western outskirts of the chicago area.
In the city it's still around $4.40.

Trade school like WyoTech or something else?

Gas prices are anywhere from $3.60 to $4.00 a gallon here. With our Lexus, that means that filling it up can cost over $70! :scared: Mom's Mini's only getting 28-30 miles per gallon, and it's got a teeny little tank. Quite a bit of money spent on that, too. :guilty:

Something along those lines, yeah.

In terms of filling up gas, it costs 150 chf (160 $) for my parents' Merc, and surprisingly around the same for their GTi (we use 95 for the former, 98 for the latter), even though the Golf's got half the amount of cylinders the Merc's got lol.

My bike takes around 15 liters of fuel, 30 chf. Which really sucks for me lol.

Gas prices have been hover between $4.35-$4.45 per gallon for regular (87 Octane) in Seattle.

Comfortably around $8/gallon in the UK at the moment. Diesel was more expensive, but strangely in the last few days it's dipped and only slightly more expensive than petrol now.

I see prices from $4.07 to $4.29 in north Seattle (Mukilteo) and over to east Seattle (Bellevue). I only notice if I look. From times it does seem to vary by 15 cents or so if you go no more than a mile down the road or even on the opposite side. That $4.07 might be non existent now, like I said I don't pay much attention.
