Take a look at your graph for a second. See the little numbers under the president's name? Those are years. They indicate how long that president spent accumulating that debt. Also, you present a seriously biased view of the spending under both Bush and Obama's time in office. Bush sponsored a new entitlement program for prescription drugs AND has a fair amount of the economic bust occurring during the portion of time that is commonly attributed to his debt accumulation (some of this may be after Obama took office due to budget timing). Likewise, Obama has a lot of defense spending incorporated into his numbers, but also some big bailout dollars. Is it corporate bailouts for poor investments that you consider "helping other Americans"?
Both Bush and Obama have accumulated debt quickly as a result of the economic bust. Both have accumulated debt quickly as a result of military activities. Both have accumulated debt quickly as a result of entitlement spending - some of which is either attributable directly to them or is defended vigorously by them.
None of your conclusions are supported. Obama is raising the debt at a much faster rate than presidents before him, and he's not spending the money any differently than Bush would.
