I really don't think sexual harassment is funny. And it's definitely not something acceptable, or natural. How is this not considered sexual by the AUP? Might as well remove it, too!

What's the story behind that guy?

Look it up on knowyourmeme. It's basically a picture of a currenty unknown guy who looks like a pretty nice guy. Most of the macros feature text describing him as a really cool, loyal friend. Like once in a lifetime kind of friend. Then again there are some where they just make him seem like a guy everyone can just walk over.

The former is the proper usage of the meme.
