Sorry guys I wasn't able to show up for the Showdown. With 2hrs to go, the storm I mentioned in the 800 PP HSR thread hit and hit hard, we lost power, then when it returned I didn't dare plug things back in because you can lose thousands of dollars of equipment from one mis-placed lightning strike, and there was 🤬 loads of lightning.
As per the last Showdown, points are given out according to the team with the least drivers, so in both divisions the team with the least drivers only had one driver, therefore only one driver from each team could earn points.
I am quite happy to organise a new time for race 2 in division 1, how would 10:00am London time (09:00 GMT not including daylight savings, 19:00 Aussie GMT +10 time) on Sunday 21st suit people? That would be the only time I could race this weekend that would still suit other people I think. Hopefully we won't get more storms.

We need to setup an replacment for race 2.
I think its a big problem with other racers not competing in the event. Makes it hard to produce good results if you get a 10 - 12th starting position and need to pas the punters party.
So 1st=8pt and 2nd=7pt, 3rd= 6pt, 4th=5pt etc until 8th= 1pt

disconnected races should perhaps be scheduled for a set time on this forum to get all 4 races? division 1 race nr. 2 was disconnected. and if there are disconnections in division 2 we should perhaps set a time a little after division 2 is finished. how about 30 minutes after division 2 are finished(gmt 12.30) and after if there are disconnections in div. 2 they can have their race(s) gmt 12.45(13.00)

Division 1 got a DC in race 2. If the race counts Fairplay was in 3rd and me in 4th with no participants in front. 1 and 2 in lap 5 for the T&L crew. We wont mind if this race is out but then want an replacement race.
The race won't count, it shall be re-scheduled.

This is really pissing me off, I want to race, and the only chance TLD has of advancing is if I do race. (Or we have at least 2 drivers on both teams).
