Civil libertarians would cry foul. No, if he's not executed he will be a constant thorn in his victim's side. I should state that I oppose the death penalty. Whatever this guy gets, it won't be enough, whatever his treatment, it may not be enough, not because you can never make up for the loss, which may be true, but because some "jerk" will decry everything.

Even refusing to let him have salt with his rice would be seen as cruel, probably.

I think the best thing is to find someway to make him a distant, soon to be forgotten, memory to show him he means ****. But people want to know, so he may win for losing.

That's gotta be him. they found the exact same bullet shell in his car, and his caprice had a hole in the trunk to shoot through. also, the fingerprints match from a shootiing in september.

I'd have to say that there's no way out for these two... I just finished watching Mr. Tom Brokaw, and those two are absolutely screwed... the Bushmaster gun, silencer, tripod, domestic violence cases, the tree stumps, etc. makes it almost impossible for them to be set free. Quite frankly, I was shocked at how much evidence that the polive found, considering how smart and evasive the sniper (and his accomplice[?]) were.
