Ok cool. I just thought when you said
"it's ok" you meant that it was ok meaning you didn't need it!

There is a host side and a customer side. The host player puts his PS3 on in remote race mode (in community screen from main page), selects his driver (only one) and up to 15 drivers of his friend accounts, then starts a race. On the customer side, you just need to share your drivers online. While shared, you can't use them. When race is finished, you can collect xp and money from the drivers screen.
Basically, the job is done on the host PS3. Other players leave their drivers shared and do nothing, their PS3 can be off all the time: shared drivers, like shared cars, "live" in online servers that are on 24h/24h. When players need money, just go to the drivers screen and collect xp and money.
I offer this service, requesting cars in exchange. For each car I estabilished a price depending of the availability of the given car. The higher price, the harder to find that car. I also have an online google sheet where all players can check their accounts hour after hour.
