Introduced in 1975, the 911 Turbo was sold to be able to qualify in FIA Group 4 racing. Since then, there has been a turbo version for each of the generations (with the 930 having two different versions). Which of these Autobahn racers is your favorite?

The 964 is my favourite generation of 911. The Turbo combines traditional Turbo detailing - whale tail, flared arches with some more modernised touches - revised body-colour bumpers, larger wheels etc.

964.

Retains the lovely proportions of the older cars, but much nicer to drive with power steering and ABS.

I suppose it doesn't matter all that much that the 993 in the poll is a Turbo S. If the S models were included, I think the 964 would get my vote.

But I went with the 996, surprisingly. It's always been my favorite non-S Turbo.

993. I really like the originals, but I like the refinement of the design that became the 993.

Ooo, this is a close run thing between the 964 and 993. When push comes to shove, I'd take the 964 RS and a 993 turbo. The rear wing on the 993 works better than any of the other models, past and since.
