Gifting ERRORS after Academy cars. Be aware!

On Wednesday 25.07.12 I have received GTAcademy Nissan 370Z in my gifts section but when I tried to open it ERROR message shows up. After restarting the game it disappeared from gifts section.
Yes, I have golded all GTA events.
Today I have received 3 gifts from a friend and the same message showed up again. Now, my community section has always a star icon informing about new gifts and I can neither delete them nor receive from server.
Three previous cars from GTAcademy were successfully received and moved to my garage.
What a hell is going on with gifting?

Ouch - I got mine and cashed the ticket today - I assume mine went to the garage - no error message for me.

Maybe save your current save to a USB stick and try the back up? I guess the 370Z will be lost as the server thinks you have already got the prizecar ticket.

So, when this 370 was given to all who GOLDED GTAcademy? On Wednesday or Thursday? I didn't see anything on forum about prise cars...
Any help is rather welcome to get that 370Z back into my garage.

Same here. I got it in my Gifts section but can't transfer it to my Trailer.

Yesterday my friend sent me paint chips, car and other stuff.
I had received notification in community area, I can see those gifts from him, but I can not receive them. Same ERROR pops up every time. I tried to receive every single item separately, To receive them all. Same effect. I can not delete them - ERROR again.
I have tried my another account for gifting. I can receive cars, paint chips without problems.
It looks that Academy Nissan 370 Z created some fatal error in my game and gifting doesn't work for me anymore
I wonder, why PD doesn't know about this? I have Tweeted to Kaz today, don't know if it helps. I am rather sure that HE will not respond but anyway, just hope.

It might be possible that you have reached the limit of 7000 maximum items. Try deleting some of your existing paints, helmets, suits, horns and then try receiving your gifts.

Alot of people talking about this issue, I received alot of gifts lately but i didn't have any problems with it i just hope this weird error get fixed or something before it destroys our hard work.

My garage is not full - only 300 premium cars, I don't collect standarts
My delivery track is not full.
I didn't rich 7000 items limit.
Previous Academy cars were received without problems.
I tried to borrow friend's Academy 370Z it stays with this status "Borrowed" car, it will not appear in my garage as "mine"

The only error that I get with the Academy cars is that the little number that tell you that you got a car in the trailer, never appears. But when entering the trailer, the car is there.

Unless you have a back up before you got the car, unfotunately I don't think there is anything you can do to get it back.

I don't know if this is related, or if it helps, but be cautious when sharing the GT Academy cars. Thats my thread and I closed it for a reason. The threat of losing your cars is no longer there as it has been proven impossible to lose your cars by sharing them.
