After seeing the absolute CRAP that many posted in the "What's a good techno song" thread, I feel I owe it to the human race to expose them to GOOD House, Hard-House, Trance, Hard-Trance, even some Breakbeat, and Jungle/Drum 'n Bass.

We'll start it out with House....here's the tracklisting from an album I was working on this morning. This is mostly Funky/Disco House, use a program where you can cross-fade to beat-match and you'll have a good album.

>>>>>>.I'm tired of typing for the moment......I'll add more later.

I want my DSL so I can get that album. That would be like Electronica Greatest Hits

I'm typing with a broken left hand. lol I gotta take a break, still have a bit of Hard House, some Jungle, and some breakbeat/turntable-ist tracks to list.

***Note, almost all the Cosmic Gate and Ferry Corsten tracks listed above are Hard Trance.***

Sweet finally someone who knows his Electronica. I only know a little bit about it but I still love the music.

If you want a good representation of what Trance is, buy Generation Trance 2000 by Kimball Collins, or Tranceport by Paul Oakenfold....both are a couple years old, but they are CLASSIC's.

For House, the F-111 House Session by DJ Charles Feelgood (also goes by DJ Feelgood, and just Charles Feelgood), and either Funk the System or Another Late Night by DJ Dan....both are great house albums.

Phonosynthesis by DJ Irene and Shut The **** Up and Dance by Richard Humpty Vission are good albums with a mix of Funky House and Hard House (Irene throws in a bit of hard trance too).

STFU, there was nothing wrong with what we posted. It may be CRAP to you, but not to a lot of us....
I DL some of your stuff here and it is CRAP!

I can honestly say that most of the stuff on Ops list is not crap

And I can honestly say most of the stuff on our list was not crap.....
he cant come in here thinking hes gods gift to music, telling us that everything we listen to is ****.....

I don't know I didn't see your list, But Op does have good taste in music I think at least.

I saw a bunch of "Sarina Paris, DarOoooood, sandstorm-type replies".....90% of what was there was bubblegum-pop-trance that you'd hear on the radio every 20mins on the radio.

I want the you guys to be exposed to REAL trance and house. Not stuff that can be produced on a Yamaha keyboard.

No I'm not. Dude.

I feel Electronica is the main genre and Techno, Trance, House, D'n'B and all the other crap like that are the subgenres or styles of electronica. Much like Grunge is a subgenre of Rock, the main genre.

You may feel that I'm wrong but it doesn't matter because I can kick your ass. Heh.

Totally.
