I was watching my replay and Johnny's stream. Noticed that GT_502_sh is missing in my screen, that explains why I mysteriously got 'pole' in the 1st start and started on both sides of the grid (left and right slot).

The first lap was quite surprising, quite a number of cop pullovers. I thought it was someone setting up spike traps or putting posters of female models around the corners.

Meanwhile, congratulations to the league winners and champion. I can't be more disappointed with the race nor excited with the result, despite getting a drift and a little shunt into lap 4 and head to head racing on a track that I'm really weak with.
Additionally, the car was a unique mixture of ultra-high downforce aero and low power which makes it a special twist compared to the usual race cars we drive. So I was naturally 6-7 seconds off the pace at most times, partly because of my fear of mowing the grass and the snap oversteer I'm getting out of medium-high speed corners.

And sorry cornbread, I accidentally veered into you on lap 7 while trying not to mow anymore grass.

I’m restarting my system. I don’t think it likes me hosting.

both times I hosted short runs today it acted like I had abs off and had reduced grip.

So you experience this too.. this happened in my race today on me.. it only seems to happen to the host.. I was beginning to think it was just me as this has been happening to me for over a year now.

Congratulations @Rinsky, really wish the season ending, champion deciding race wouldn’t have came down to a combo that had 2 cars left on the lead lap and almost half the field quit early. Hope everyone in the silver lobby had a good time cause I know most of the bronze lobby didn’t.

Thanks man.

Sorry things did go as planned because we were racing eachother for awhile and I was for sure it was going to be back and forth all race long.

Yes, I don’t know what the deal is with it. I had it happen before in a lobby where I WASN'T host during the “Christmas overload”. Everything was fine during practice, but once the final started I was on ice.

Thanks man.

It is what it is. Frustrating, but oh well. On to the next season I guess.

Thanks for the race y’all. Can’t wait for the start of the next season. Took a photo and ended up designing liveries for the redbull junior car. Interesting vehicle. 08CF2110-982F-4575-A16C-10A83CB5BEBB.jpegA8D8EA06-6AC4-4F27-AE01-DBD173364AAA.jpegF7551302-E547-4FF7-AD18-720FA2807F0D.jpeg2506EB7D-770C-4C07-8F1E-181676C21306.jpeg

The combo desperately needed a rhythm. It took me more than half the race to find it. But once I did I was able to click some laps off. It was a difficult but fitting race for the season finale wildcard. Congrats to everyone for this tough season. It was riddled with connection issues as well as good hard racing. Next season is going to be the game changer. I firmly believe the MR cars will re-introduce themselves into this series.

Compiling the season 4 final stats and data and just a few comments regarding this season:
  • Finished the season with 52 drivers on roster (our best yet) with 45 of them scoring points. (87%).
  • 9 drivers added to the roster as the season progressed.
  • 50% of drivers (26) were classified as Full Time (65% or greater).
  • We averaged 27 drivers per race. The highest was the season 4 kickoff (32) and the lowest was race 12 (22).
  • Overall race participation was at 58% among the driver pool.
  • We have some really fast drivers in Bronze division, lots of improvement from that division, so I would expect some promotions going into season 5. Well earned and well deserved.
  • Silver Division had 5 different winners over the course of the season.
  • Bronze Division had 5 different winners over the course of the season.
  • 19 drivers competed in 10 or more races for points championships.
  • 6 drivers competed in all 12 races.
Overall we had a very successful season. I'd like to thank each driver for their participation and interest in ARL. I hope to see you all back for season 5.
Final results will be posted in another update.

LOL...thanks for clarifying sonny....

Nick sounds like a statistician!

I'm just eagerly waiting for the final results, and see who are the bronze and silver throne holders.

O @Nick Cannella most certainly is. We are very blessed to have him and all the work he puts into all this. Incase some didn't know he handles every league and event we put on and works tirelessly to ensure everyone has as much data as can be processed. If you haven't already reach out and let my favorite AARP member know just how awesome he really is.

These are the most kind words my “son” has ever spoken about me LMFAO. Just part of the team and doing what I do, just like the rest of you. Make no mistake, this entire league is a team effort from every BOD member AND our driver base.

I actually had a blast with this combo. Found a rythem early and ruined it on my own. LOL. Half way through lap one, o found myself from 11th to 2nd. Race Come said something about a nude sunbather or something. I apparently didn't get them memo everyone else did. Neither did Turbo. He was on rails from the word GO. Was hoping for a decent recovery from our lawn mowing activities (Bill is in the mail Brands Hatch) but my own mistakes compounded and became too much to overcome. My best lap was still 3 seconds off pace, but it was a fun combo to run.

Glad I got to make it for a few races this seadon. Here's hoping I make the full schedule for the next. Testing to be done as a Manufacturer change is most likely coming to the Famous 43.

Thanks to all ARL drivers and the BOD for putting on such an awesome show. You guys ROCK!

@Nick Cannella I'm seriously impressed with the amount of work you put into all these stats. It makes what I do look like child's play in comparison.

A special thanks to everyone in ARL who put in an incredible amount of work to make all this possible for all of us.

I honestly didn't think I would win the Bronze Division championship going into last night's race as I only had a 4 point lead and @CPT_RowdyGiff was putting up some great lap times.

Congratulations to my teammate @Infineon for finishing second in the Bronze Division points and us bringing home the Championship in the Team points.

To come in 2nd behind @SAMHAIN85 in total overall points was a complete shock because I'm not even on those guys level yet. I didn't even get 1 pole position all season.

I'm all smiles today :)

Here is my advice to everyone and you have probably heard this a thousand times. "Be consistent first and the speed will follow" I'm living proof of this moto and even though I feel I have a long way to go I also know I have come a long way by following that advice.

Woah! I'm kind of nearly in tears for the result. My first top 5 and first pole through inheritance. Congratulations to the newly crowned champions!

I feel bad for GT502 and those who didn't had the chance to race to the finish, for missing out the action.

I think I've felt better every race in my full rookie season, after trials with the previous.

Is he running a nuclear-powered server to crunch all these data? Hahaha!

But for the truth, I never imagined him managing every single league and event data gathering and processing under ARL. It was until when I noticed him as an official announcing every race weekend results that made me appreciative of his efforts to keep everything in check and error-free.

Oh my gosh! Hahahaha! I did crack that explicit joke about the unexpected carnage along lap 1. Wonder if it's true though...if some were distracted by the spectators. (There's a similar funny YouTube video which I can't recall)

I think my next job would be on-track lawnmower. Perhaps I could offer to mow your backyard with the X2014 Junior. The insane grip off track!!!

Regarding points, I can't stress enough to try and finish a race instead of quitting and getting a DNF. By finishing, at least a driver will score some points, versus no points as in DNF. Had @CPT_RowdyGiff finished last night, he would have scored 46 points, and placed himself on the season ending podium as second place. I'm not calling him out by any means, just pointing out the importance of trying to finish a race no matter how frustrating it may get.
Take it from me, I know. There have been plenty of times I wanted to quit a race becasue of my poor performance, but I just continued on and got my points.
