RACE-DAY CONFIRMATION FOR RACE 2 IS OPEN AND ACCEPTING DRIVERS!
Below is the current confirmation list to race this Saturday, 2/8/20. Currently at 24 drivers.
If you would like to race, you must confirm by using this FORM
***NOTE***If you have an auto-confirm pending, or have previously confirmed, but will not be able to race, that statement must be made in this thread or updated via the form. Failure to do so will have a negative impact on your participation % and your overall status.

***REMINDER***

You will need to get your qualifying picks in by Sunday at 12:25 EST. Practice 1 and 2 are today so that should give you a ball park idea of who to pick.

If you haven't joined yet, YOU STILL HAVE TIME!!! Read the first post and get signed up! We currently have 11 players on the roster and it would be awesome to see more. If there's any questions please ask.

*IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT*

The BOD has determined that with the press release season now upon us, from this post on we are issuing a challenge. Whoever can produce the craziest, best, funniest press release for their team will receive 5 bonus points towards their TEAM total points.

Rules are as follows

1 press release per person

Each person on the team can submit one

There is no limit to how long

Start the message off with:

With a few spaces below it.


We ask that you name the members of your team.
We ask that you provide your team name.
All of the above provided within the message somewhere.

Get creative!!

If you don’t have a “Team” here’s your chance to get one. If you are a single car team then please provide one anyway for the amusement!!


This challenge will go until February 1st ,at 9pm EST. The BOD will then have discussions and announce on the thread a few days after the deadline.

After much debating on the press releases, and conversations about what it would look like if we picked one of our own on the BOD we decided to allow VooDoo SimRacing to receive this seasons bonus points for the Press Release Challenge. It was super funny and just down right wrong. Congratulations to @TexasJDC and @Cornbread243 hopefully this helps after that car change. Good luck this season!!

After his recent departure from Team Mello Yello, @TexasJDC and @Cornbread243 will be joining forces in the bronze division for season 5 with new team VooDoo Sim Racing. Reports out of the TMY camp is Tex has had it with @Herimopp89 and his constant horse tranquilizer relapses, this is a huge blow to TMY Tex has carried the team for the last 2 season and cleaning up @Herimopp89 messes time and time again. TMY wishes Tex the best of luck but no one has an answer on how to stop the mopp once he gets the horse tranquilizers in him now that Tex is gone. We recently caught up with the team leader for DWCRT @Mrs Neutty who said Heri has gotten worse since Tex left, saying “I recently caught him trying to steal @Neutty head shine cream to sell for counterfeit horse tranquilizers” we reached out to @Neutty to confirm the story but was told he was to shook up at the time to give a statement. Long time friend to TMY and new friend to VDSR @Jw_wk1010 who recently got back from winning the Nobel Prize in Literature for his book: “Little people have feelings too” was also sad in the recent decline in Heri’s performance and said he misses the close races they use to have and hope he can kick the addiction soon. Jw’s teammate and most veteran driver @Nick Cannella has not said much since news broke Tex was leaving (mostly because his old ass wont wake up!) but im sure he will be too busy campaigning for his new “everyone gets a trophy program” he has started to care what TMY does in the future. @PApunk924 was asked to comment on the recent events but unfortunately all we could understand was something about a tractor this story developing. VDSR #1 driver @Cornbread243 signed with BMW to start the season before having his contract bought out by Mazda, a move that shocked the grid for sure poor guy never saw it coming (it's like getting traded to the Browns or even worse the Cowboys). Rumor has it when cornbread was informed of the change he said “ I would rather take on hannah at bedtime than drive that damn Mazda” no one has been able to confirm nor deny these accusations against cornbread but story is developing. In other news word around the paddock is VDSR is still looking for a silver teammate for season 5 but so far no word yet on anyone joining them. We want to leave off with some information below if you or anyone you know has a problem with horse tranquilizers please get help don't be a Heri the world can't handle another one!
