Looks like Polyphony does not care about the rest of the world only it's players in Japan. For this neglect the rest of the world should get a Chromeline and Stealth car DLC for purchase in the dealerships.

I can't blame them. If anything, I'm happy that for once they get something exclusive.
It's more of a case of neglecting Japan itself. We got a bunch of extras and exclusive competitions, while they didn't.

Nothing wrong with that, but I think they picked a bad time to do it. It's Gran Turismo's 15th anniversary so it's a very special time right now. I don't see why Japan should only get to celebrate it with this content, when everyone else around the world also helped make GT the huge success it is today and kept it alive long enough to have a 15th anniversary.
Looks like the North American gamers got shafted out of the Chromeline Jaguar again.
It is official the rest of the world has it not the American GT gamers.
Dude... it's the same car as what you win in A-Spec Indianapolis 500 miles in Endurance Series, but with a couple of chrome viper stripes on it... it ain't no biggie.
Let me guess you think that the Stealth Audi and Mazda are the same cars but being stought Brits you think you get everything.
Nope, because the chromelines are the same as the regular versions apart from a couple of cosmetic "chrome lines", whereas the stealth models not only look different but are tuned differently and cost less to maintain.
Being a "Brit" I can't get the Camaro SS Edge Special or the 2010 Joey Logano Gamestop Camry... no sleep lost here.
I meant the free one that everyone in North America could get without the signature edition.
I'm just gonna wait until I can download the Apex book online and read it on my computer (:
