Tokyo is 13 hours ahead of Eastern Time (or GMT +9).

Tokyo Game Show coverage is to kick off at 10am local Tokyo time on Thursday or for the states:
9pm Eastern on Wednesday
8pm Central on Wednesday
7pm Mountain on Wednesday
6pm Pacific on Wednesday

Really, most people should know their offset from GMT, I would think. Just post that.
