I hope this thread is OK with those who have posted their own already in earlier threads.

Rules


2. You are allowed only 1 Final Entry
3. You can change your final entry as much as you want before the deadline
4. You can post as many videos as you want before the deadline
5. Upload using youtube and show the videos here using the youtube brackets
6. Mark the video you want to enter into the final poll as FINAL ENTRY

No offense but I kinda created the whole idea of the "definitive" GT5 trailer (if such a thing can be created). Whatever its cool with me this kinda just kills my thread... maybe just say, "as thought of by others here"... blah blah blah... trailer.

Nice choice for a sound track and very good timing on the editing during the transition with the soundtrack feels very real like it came from PD.

Now if we can get someone to actually film thier own footage, maybe even a spoof "comedy" with a GTplanet fan in thier racing cockpit that would be fun.

thanks for the votes everyone. my idea is that when we actually get to the closing date someone makes a poll and embeds everyones videos in the top message? then everyone can vote and after like 2 or 3 days we see who had the most votes. that would be a good, democratical vote.

I'm moving the closing date back from September 1 to August 1

ALso, when the competition is closed I will create a new thread and I will embed all the "FINAL ENTRY" videos in the first post and will label each one A, B , C, etc etc and the poll will have options A, B , C etc

I think it should be open for a bit more then 2-3 days, ill let it be open for 7 days

DAMN!! All these trailers are awesome.

Noob- great editing with the sounds, nice ideas.

mu51im- Love the choice of song and great job syncing the music with the video.

Earth- I don't know if you're a NASCAR fan, but if this was a trailer just for NASCAR (the sport itself), I think you would draw a lot of people into the sport with that trailer alone. Love the ideas with the voices in the background and I think it captures the passion of NASCAR here in the states. I know a lot of people hate the sport, but I've always been a fan of it here and there, and the trailer captures the feeling of being at one of those events (in which I've been to 3 or 4 races so far in my life for NASCAR).
