I have WMM as well and to be honest its not that bad. It does its job. Its short on features and tools but the features and tools it does have work well. It does the best with what its got.

BTW which is better Sony Vegas or Adobe Encore (for those that have either)???

i just got Vegas 8 down today, definately better than WMM, a lot more precise. only problem i spotted is, it will not accept AVI files so the best option is to convert into WMV

why wont it accept avi's? is it a design fault or is there some kind of error or your computer? because if it is the second one, you may need to install some codecs.

there are many video converters out there that should be able to convert your avi files into an acceptable format. Me I have Xilisoft video converter and it works like a charm and format to any format with almost no loss of quality and its fast. Check it out.

BTW rookiebalboa, is Vegas easy to use. I once tried adobe audition, which is for sound, and it took me a week to figure out. I just hope these premium video programs are easier to use. Right now WMM is really annoying (can't have multiple [2+] sound overlays).

I'm not sure why, but I don't really like that "epic-ish" music... It doesn't really fit. In my oppinion, Gran Turismo isn't a "epic" game, but rather a plain out awesome game (In the way that "epic" music doesn't fit)

NASCAR in Time Square, this has some great audio you can steal too; the airguns, his voice, and the car itself all sound cool, nonetheless, I think all racing fans would think this is kinda cool.

I dare say that is the best one so far. The editing fits really well and the song is good. The "red" part is really cool. I would deduct minor points for the varying video quality and for me at least it is a little short, 9/10. The real trick is fitting video to a whole song.

lol, you aren't going to like this but the second video seems to have lower quality than the first one. I would recommend gametrailers.com or taking them strait off the PS3 (that the best quality you can get).

took me about 1 hour to adjust, once i solved the avi problem. all the major things are pretty similar, editing etc. soundwise I dont know yet, im still in the basic editing of the first project.
