Gran Turismo 6 E3 2013, General discussion(Live streaming links).

Indeed. But if it is seven new tracks whilst that in itself is good it means the GT5 DLC tracks will still be DLC....which isn't so good.

Not necessarily. They could've altered the location/variation count.
But I don't know. I hope PD won't do some BS like that.

A few more caps:

What are these Formula-style cars?

Looking at this image of Grindelwald's map : https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/_.../AAAAAAAAAlQ/i8aS78yW1ag/s800/Grindelwald.jpg

It looks like we could be seeing the area around and after the first sector split on that map.

There were some other buildings shown that looked similar to the ones in that picture which reminded me very much of Rome, but they could be Andalucia?

Well the EU flag was there so it's Europe, but didn't recognise the other flag on the building.

No, a RUF, and this is the wrong thread to continue discussing the E3 event in general.

That's odd, because this is the thread that was linked to on the News page, right under the live video.

OK, but in both cases this is irrelevant to the new GT5 to GT6 tracks debate.

Technically, it might mean that when PD claim there are seven new locations, this new layout of Eiger would not count as one, which is good.

I'm loving the Matterhorn track, looks beautiful. :)

Matterhorn
This is an original track that has been created in the vicinity of the Gornergrat station, which is well-known for its incredible view of the famous Matterhorn in Switzerland. This is a mountain course with extreme elevation changes, located over 3000 meters above sea level. A sheer rock face follows along the track, but the width of the course is wide enough for overtaking cars in a race. The sight of the European Alps as you cross over the hill here is simply spectacular. We hope everyone will enjoy the sheer scale of the stunning natural scenery around the track when driving this course.
