Probably because this game is basically the building block of GT1. Not sure why that's shock to some, its a common thing with many games from that time (reused assets from previous games.)

I know that GT1 used some stuff from that game but i didn't know that it had "chase the rabbit" style as GT1 and GT2 didn't have something like that at all.

That definitely looks like Willow because myself and a group of friends used to hit the dirt dunes and jump about 30 feet in the air, resembling that picture pretty accurately. We played tag on that track + big willow with 4WD rally cars. You can't leave the map, though, because the invisible wall stops you in mid-air.

Yes, but slightly modified to make up for the "slippery" feel.
