To me it is. I tried to play GTS again today for 5 minutes, I got bored so the game has gone. I will spend more time on GT6 and in you Hub mate.
Is it worth giving Forza a try ?
After being disappointed with GTS I started on Forza 5, just about finished it, I found it really enjoyable.

Its so worth it though.
I bought my Xbox second hand with F5,6 & FH2,3 all for £200.
After a year and a half sold the Xbox for the same price I bought it for then bought a second hand X which has met my expectations.
Not sure what to say about the steering wheel though as I'm happy playing with controllers.
Anyway just a thought as I know how much you dislike GTS
I am having a bit of fun with GT6 at the moment and I have a rig all setup, and it would be hard to get another console and just use a controller which I have not use for many years, and thanks for your advice anywayIts so worth it though.

Those are just GT demos, and I will go as far as to say they hold a bit more content in terms of it being hidden. GT Sport does as well.

I really liked GTS for the first few months, and then after that the time I spent playing was less and less every day, I was going to sell the game and PS4 but I decide to put the console in the draw instead because you never know.
At the moment I am having fun with GT6 but no fun on GTS, online Sport Mode races are a load of rubbish and we need online Time Trials and a leaderboard for GTS and then I will come back to GTS.

I agree with the Sport Mode races. They are not the best racing and for me not the focus of the game. I only do one every now and then if it is a car a track combo I like. I guess for me Gran Turismo 5, 6, and Sport is a bit different. I only really play it in Lobby Mode with my friends many of which have been racing together since the early days of GT5. I run a club called Ready Or Not Racing www.readyornotracing.com and we have been running weekly league races and various other types of races since 2011. The competition and racing is awesome and feel we have some of the best racing on Sport. You may find the same but not really any better. I hardly ever play story or campaign mode on any game. Our group of people play other games together as well. So it's about great friends, great conversations, great laughs, and or course great races.True about the number

I invite anyone to sent me a friend request to Obi-Tonobi, join the Ready Or Not Racing Community on PSN, and come race with us when you have the chance. I will be starting a N600 Wed League in a few weeks and a Monday Multi-Series League using Gr.1, Gr.3, and Gr.4 cars in a few weeks as well. We also hold various other types of races from time to time. Hope to see some of you soon.

Not sure what the number has to do with anything. Several games have no number. What if Polyphony Digital never used a number and each GT game had a different name? Movies like Star Wars have names but people still watch them. A number just lacks creativity to me. Could not come up with a name so just slap a number at the end. I'll play every version of Gran Turismo no matter what they call it.

I agree, a number doesn’t mean anything, but based on all the GT titles ever released, the numbered ones are the most complete and people have been trained to think they are (rightly so).
Still, we’ve heard time and time again from Kaz that GTS is a complete game and that there are no plans for a ‘7’. And who knows what he’s thinking about the future. He could very well backtrack as he tends to do and the next game will be GT7, though I care more for the content within, not a number.
Which reminds me, I need to hook up my PS3 again for some GT5 & 6...

I can understand why he doesn't like it. I don't like it myself, and the online only tag on the game doesn't help either because all that content won't be available after the end of service termination. Plus, I don't find the campaign of the game quite fun as previous entries. It's like the events are just there just because.

Since I'm more of a single player / offline mode player, I didn't see the need to buy GT Sport. I had packed my PS3 after GT6's online support / updates stopped & bought PS4 for F1 2018. I got bored of the F1 game, packed my PS4, unpacked my PS3 & am again playing GT6's time trials, single player modes etc. Am so much enjoying driving different cars on different tracks.
I can wait another year for GT Sport if more offline mode is integrated in the game!

Hold up, so i'm new to the game but iv'e been playing GT5 since it came out but never went on the Online services (didn't have an account). I got GT6 on the PS3 recently but i'm still not sure what all 4 of the online services were. Was there trading or something?? Was there racing online with people?? Was there putting cars in the market for other people?? Please let me know what each one was/
Anyways also, is all of this online content still available on the PS4 like Seasonal Events etc and racing with other people?
