Gran Turismo 7 Bug Reports

So I was going through my race cars and reverting most of them to their original liveries (planning on doing a livery and decal clear out) and noticed that when I reverted my M6 Sprint model back to the default livery, it lost all the decals apart from the M sport colour decals

I had no engine sounds on a porsche 911 in the new historic car race on willow springs, not even relaunching the game helped.

Also on sardegna800 i have very quiet engine sound on a tomahawk GR1. Those sound bugs are really annyoing, never had something like that before. How come they have "fixed engine sounds" in their patch notes and made it worse for so many other cars/tracks.
Same observation with the AMG CLK at Sardegna 800: Almost total loss of engine sound (I use the cockpit perspective). All AI‘s engines are loud and clear.

I've experienced the loss of sound a couple of times, each occurrence has followed a visit to the settings page. It persists even with a race restart, however exiting the event and re-entering brings the sound back.

The Spa Manufacturers Cup event is great, but I'm completely miffed at why brake balance can be adjusted throughout this event whilst sport mode or lobby races do not offer the same feature.

At first, I thought it was partly due to a bug based on the traction control issue I experience virtually all the time; my default settings have TC and ABS turned off, however the game overrides
these settings more often than not. The only way to turn off TC is using the MFD during a race. ABS cannot be turned off as the option isn't available.

That said, now that brake balance is clearly available during this particular event, it appears to be either a quality control issue or planned omission that PD has decided to consciously implement; either way I can't imagine why this issue hasn't been addressed or why differing approaches to providing assists could be at all useful.

I have been droning on about this since the game was launched. Why it wasn’t ported over from GTS is anyones guess.

Hey guys, new to the forum. Been struggling to find anything about it so here I am hopeful to find an answer.

After this update I have noticed that while playing on G29 on PS5 while turning the wheel both left and right seems to be stuttering kinda, I can feel it on my wheel and if I watch the hands on the steering wheel they seem to be stuttering as well. It's nothing major but I'm pretty sure that was never there before the update if I go to ps5 main menu my wheel works smooth and if in game I turn the wheel 180 degrees it goes smooth again seems like only initially to stuttering while going up to 50 degrees both ways? I hope I have explained myself well, if not ill try to record a vid on my days off cuz at work right now. It kinda is annoying cuz I know it wasn't there and I don't think it's the wheels problem. Cheers guys.

Did you lower your car or fit larger/wider wheels and tires?? The game simulates the tires hitting the bodywork if car is too low or tires too wide, sounds exactly like that's what you are experiencing.

To be fair I have experienced it on Circuit Experience, one on willow springs with Chevrolet Corvette and I think the other one was Tsukuba Circuit with a Honda and with both cars it was the same. Oh and I think I tried it last night with that new BMW on a time trial. I will try different cars though tonight just to see if it still is happening, thanks for response.

Happened to my brother on a stock Porsche, reverse deep forest the right hair pin. Hard braking, tight turn, for rubs. Only that corner. Happened to me on the mustang, all I did was put wider tires and offset on, wheel was choppy, went back and it went away. So eventually I bought another, wide bodied it and put wider tires and offset so it didn’t look stupid and it was choppy…tires rubbing again, I had to jack it way up. Thankfully it still handle somewhat okay.

Take note if it’s on light corners or hard braking, tight turns.

Hmm, it seems to happen even on straight road if I keep turning left or right, if you get me.

The BOP is turned off on this event. That’s the reason you can adjusted BB.

Now for the bug, whenever I press left/right/back on the dpad on my G29 in the replays the look left/right/back overlap with going through the replay options. Anyone else experienced this?

Yeah I experienced it. Literally noticed it yesterday.

I have resolved my issue. It wasnt tires/body problem. I have checked different settings and in assist settings countersteering assistance set to strong was making the wheel snappy and laggy. When set to weak or off fixes it. I swear I had it on strong for a while and it didn't happen before, could it be that they have adjusted it to be stronger than before? Anyway, I'm glad it's gone now as it was making me paranoid that my wheel is getting funked.

Impossible to reach the speed required, i'm 20 Km/h off in the end, i cannot get even bronze and it's not a skill issue.
that's interesting , it is with the mazda? i remember when there was tyre issue i couldn't get a gold but now not even that? i have to test that

I am experiencing an issue since update 1.26 where the game freezes for a second or so mid-race (or even quali sometimes) and then it unfreezes and I am in the same location and at the same speed but everything else has carried on at the normal speed... This happens between once a lap and once every 6 laps on daily race c. I have tried resetting my router and check my internet connection and everything seems ok (or at least as good as it was before the update).

I am on a PS4 from 2013 so getting on a bit now, so not sure if there is a hardware issue or something else going on...

Anyone else experienced this?

I will upload a video later, but makes the game totally unplayable.

Hmm I have it on and haven’t noticed but maybe I’ll start trying weak. Usually keep it on because I feel like I can’t feel when the tail is going to kick out as fast as driving a real car.

Probably been mentioned but the stupid electric engines on Daily Races.
Jumped into a daily race and I get the no engine sound bug. So difficult to race with. Had to switch to auto shift which helps but not hearing the engine noise into corners to judge your speed doesn’t help. Hope this bug is fixed in the next update or they do a quick patch fix.
