A story to go with this
In Gran Turismo 5 I had a different number on all the cars that had custom numbers. #1 was the first kart I had. #2 was the GT500 NSX Stealth Model, #3 was the Audi R10 Stealth, #4 was the RM Civic and then... so on. A few months after the game had been out I joined an endurance karting league on here and bought a new kart to use in it and that was #22. When I started playing GT Sport regularly and could make my own liveries and put my own number on it and when I realised Nissans in real life ran that number across various racing series, it seemed the obvious choice.
I'm going to use this in Saturday's race at Suzuka and despite driving Nissans exclusively in the Manufacturer Series since 2018, this is the first time I'm actually going to race with #22 on the car.
