Short answer, no.
Middle answer, not yet, and we're going to put up a Trophy Guide as soon as we do.
Long answer...
Almost certainly you will need to buy three specific cars from the Legends Cars dealer (also variously known as "Brighton Antiques" and "Hagerty Collection", or just plain LCD).
As the trophy description says that the cars were "destined to win" 24 hour races (rather than "intended to"; that would imply they were made with the intent to win a 24hr race but didn't necessarily do so. "Destined to win" implies they went on to win a 24hr race) the cars are most likely among the following:
Mercedes-Benz 300SL W194 '52 - Won Le Mans in 1952
Ferrari 330 P4 '67 - Won Daytona in 1967
Ford MkIV '67 - Won Le Mans in 1967
Porsche 917K '70 - Won Daytona in 1970
Jaguar XJR-9 '88 - Won Le Mans in 1988
Mazda 787B '91 - Won Le Mans in 1991
McLaren F1 GTR '95 - Won Le Mans in 1995
Two other possibilities exist also:
Jaguar D-Type '54 - Won Le Mans in 1955-7 (a year after the car in GT7 - but still "destined to win")
Ford GT40 Mk1 '66 - Won Le Mans in 1968-9 (two years after the car in GT7 - but still "destined to win")
Some think that the Jaguar XJ13 is also a possible car (as it was introduced to GT5 alongside the Ferrari P4 and Ford MkIV), but it never raced anywhere, ever. The trophy description would be inappropriate for this car to be among the Three, but that's not impossible.
