You know what. I was disappointed to see the lack of new modern cars, new tracks and bad AI. Now that I saw the leaked streams I don't mind it. The spirit of Gran turismo is there and I'm here for it. The game is giving me old school gt vibes I love it

Unless his car was upgraded, the last race I watched he had an Integra, as did a few of the AI - and he was able to get past them like they were driving Fiat 500s. I don't even think we can use "stronger car" as an excuse here, it just seems obnoxiously slow like in Sport.

The one I watched was in the Civic on High Speed Ring. He had better than 20% higher pp than the AI. They were all in the rear view by the time he had completed a third of a lap. I get that the difficulty will be low at the start, but it's not looking great. I'm fortunate that I'm one of those who enjoys Sport mode, so online with haptics and I'm a happy camper, but a challenging single player mode would still be nice.

Have you tested it with the PS5 Pulse headset?

I think it will be good! I am shocked how much better the car sounds with the pulse on GTS… I have a pretty good sound system but with the pulse it feels like I’m in the car.. the sound placement is very good… I drive in interior view and I can hear when cars on the side of me back or in front extremely well.. I am eager to try them out with GT7!

So single-player GT7 seems to be basically GTS in terms of physics and AI. So a boring chase the rabbit career. I don't get the love for this game when there isn't actually any proper offline racing?? Anyway. Doesn't bother me too much as I just want to play online really. Easier it is to win offline races, easier it is to get cars to have actual proper races with

I'm more intrigued as to how tuning affects online play. I'm going to guess it will all be BoP again, but who knows.

I'm such a noob when it comes to some of it's features though, I know theres a EQ for sound customisation, but can you download profiles to it (like, will GT7 have a specific profile made by PD for it?) or can we discuss online, then save the best settings and store it as a GT7 profile?

Looks more like a free chassis restore/GT Auto ticket similar to something we had in GT5 rather than free upgrade parts - though I wouldn’t be surprised if upgrade parts can show up there too.
