I feel like a kid again.

This game is like the GT4 I remember being blown away by.

While every GT since 1 blew me away, GT4 really felt like the most uncompromising GT at the time.

is it just me or Did they add a proper cockpit in the Audi Gr.1 VGT car? wasnt it just blacked out in Sport or maybe they added it in a update and I forgot

But really, I wonder if there really is a hidden difficulty level which just requires a secret button combo to unlock, like in GT3’s Arcade Mode.

Must admit the AI don't look any better at all. Guy in the stream is on max difficulty (well, missing the mysterious 3rd chilli pepper) and is absolutely blitzing past cars that are identical to his - they seem to still be suffering from a terminal lack of top speed.

From what I saw on the stream yesterday, you set the difficulty level in the settings of the game (with the peppers), but there is also a difficulty selection in the race settings (before starting a race) where you can select a "Professional" level. I don't know how the two are tied together.

He doesn't seem to realise that he should be able to use Arcade Mode right-off-the-bat.

Futzing around with the Cafe missions and answered, "There's no Arcade Mode yet" when asked.

But the lack of a competitive AI at the beginning of the game will affect the rating of the reviews.

Unless his car was upgraded, the last race I watched he had an Integra, as did a few of the AI - and he was able to get past them like they were driving Fiat 500s. I don't even think we can use "stronger car" as an excuse here, it just seems obnoxiously slow like in Sport.
