I'm hyped, HYPED! I'll be cautious probably later, but right now I'm hyped! Various cars in that trailer confirmed that I didn't think would be at launch. My Castrol Supra is back and to make things better, the livery editor truly is confirmed again! That means I can recreate the other 1997 JGTC Supras.

I'll be happy to attempt to recreate this:

Also, I'm glad to see that some of my random predictions maybe coming true. The trailer showed that custom wings are returing and probably bodykits. GT7 as I said before is going to keep the livery editor. I was thinking of the Mercedes CLK-LM from the past coming back and it was confirmed.

Trying to unpack everything that has just been unloaded, but it looks like this trailer has delivered the goods on the functionality and content side. Really surprised and stoked by what I have seen with the car roster along with the enhancements made to certain features carried over from GT Sport, but I'm sure there's still more being kept under wraps for now. A particularly nice touch with the GT1-GT4 homages at the start, and I was certainly not expecting them to present the world map as a 3D space with actual scenery and dynamic lighting to boot.

Time to scout through the updated GT7 page and see what else there is to get me fired up....

Please someone can confirm that we will have the weather transition like it was on GT6. Starting the race on dry and maybe finishing on wet ?

Play Has No Limits… unless you put it on an ancient console

The release date is sooner than I thought but I’ll take that with a grain of salt. I’m expecting a delay to “polish” the ps4 version a little more.

It's pretty damn promising.... and it doesn't seem to be that compromised by the fact that it also release on PS4.... It's really better than I would expected.
Content wise it wouldn't be. We haven't seen anything technical at all yet so we wouldn't know.

Unless they're hiding them for now it doesn't seem like very many new tracks. Just High Speed Ring in Asia, zero in Europe.

Massively disappointing if that truly is it. Let's hope they're saving for future announcements, but on past experience......
Tbh, I’m fine with that. With all the updates GT Sport got a decent selection and PD will surely support GT7 with post-launch content as well. It seems like the car list will get a sizable upgrade, though.

what we can say (at least for now) is that obviously Ray tracing will 99% be only possible for PS5 version as dualsense feel ABS due to ps4 probably not supporting such technology.
