Is game download only, or will be on disc?

There are digital options, and 2x discs for PS4 (BD50), 1x disc for PS5 (BD100).
Physical copies of Anniversary Edition have the PS5 disc and a code to download the PS4 game, (and hopefully separate codes for the avatar pack, those four cars and 1.6M Credits)

I remember Kaz saying somewhere it was removed for balance. Hopefully they just remove it from Sport mode, and leave it for the rest of the game. PD would be dumb to let their competitive mode burden the QOL for the rest of the game.

Oh god 1.6 million in the beginning of the game, for me this is not the best way to start a Gran Turismo.

10.000-20.000cr - Used/new normal street car - sunday cup - clubman cup - tuning the car and win win and win races to reach more powerfull cars and unlock races...this is Gran Turismo no a Forza Horizon.

Not exactly normal lol. In GT2 you can have a 276hp starter car (and in other games except GT3 you can still get quite high performance ones albeit not 276hp).

Kinda sucks that Blue Moon Bay probably won't be getting a night setting/24hr cycle. It would be well-lit and the light reflecting off that body of water in the middle of the track would look great. I also want to see what that building at turn one would look like lit up. All tracks should be getting the 24hr cycle really, but BMB makes so much sense.

Right. They're going to print millions of copies tonight, box them up tomorrow morning and ship them worldwide by the weekend.

I'd suggest that having more visibility in Sport Mode would not be a bad thing. Yeah, it's not as realistic but neither is peering through a post box that only faces forwards. Better visibility leads to less people accidentally ramming stuff, and more chance to avoid the people who are intentionally ramming. It would ultimately be a better experience online for most people.

The fact that numerous race cars have been renamed likely owes to livery support, and that there may potentially be a ton of default liveries available in their color selection, rather than counting multiple livery variants as separate, individual cars.

Can you imagine we get again the 24hr race without b-spec mode, no auto-drive and the devil touch, no pause option 🤣

Thankfully we have a system-wide pause option thanks to rest mode.

By the looks of things on my PS5 I have the option to auto download the PS5 game, PS4 game and the music playlist. @05XR8 posted screenshots from a PS4 that looks a lot different from what I can see though, so I really don't know how it will work.

For some reason my game library doesnt give me that option.

If you go to library.PlayStation.com and sign in it shows all the separate downloads (pre-order bonuses etc.)

I wish PlayStation allowed you to buy the digital deluxe edition but still receive the steelbook case. Nintendo has done this for a few games through their official stores and it was a nice option.

Same here. I show GT7 (PS5 & PS4) + OST, no car packs or credits. Avatar pack is active and usable.

Maybe you all have mentioned this before... But in the left under corner there are cars for all gold i like that kind of rewards!
I'll also hope it is a special car and only obtainable by all gold
