Funny, the guy streaming on twitch earlier had his connection to the server cut, and then while I was watching the stream it was taken down while I was watching. Now it won't load.

The overall vibe of the game looks good with the amount of cars and what can be done to them. Maybe the AI gets refreshed with the patch.

Rain inside cockpit is pretty good looking. Im not sure if this is the heaviest rain possible but this was the first track that I've unlocked with rain I believe.
There is some weird artifacting right behind the car that you can see happening in the chase cam view

First instance of PD using a pit-less layout in a GT game on a road circuit in recent memory. I recall George V Paris having no pit lane. Did Maggiore get modified? EDIT: Yes.
Brings hope for additional layouts from other real world circuits that don't have pit lanes in their configuration. EDIT: Now there's no hope hahaha.
Also,
Kinda disappointed the Z they chose to model is the North American one, with LHD and no Fairlady Z branding. It's like the LC 500 situation. Seems odd.

I finally unlocked the Brand Central. Looking through some of the cars, for example the Porsche Carrera GT and LaFerrari has a note on it that says "An invitation is required to purchase this car" which is kind of curious. I presume you will only be able to buy the cars when you complete some of the World Circuit races or maybe the Cafe Menu missions.
Nice touch. Reminds me of Lord March's invitation to Goodwood.

That Maggiore East pit exit is going to be a nightmare. Not sure why they didn't just put it on the straight before it.
Anyway, watched the 3h twitch stream, at 2x speed, with lots of skips
Intro video is pretty dull. They didn't use the BMTH remix, and the footage doesn't match the music like in previous GTs. Feels like a fanmade intro tbh. The old NSX still has the same bodykit as the one in GT5-6. I know it's only an intro but PD has traditionally never failed in this first impression. This is the first GT intro I watched that didn't give me any goosebumps
Not many surprises in the car list since we already knew most of them. Swift Gr.4 is the highlight for me Good to see Genesis Gr.3/4 make it in day 1. Still could be some surprises hiding in UCD/BA but I doubt it.
Some cars in UCD have a "limited stock" sign. Not sure if there is actually a limit to how many times you can buy them in game (which would suck if you miss one and it never comes back).
Daily roulette now includes credits in addition to cars.
Everything else looks basically just like a reskinned GTS. Not a fan of them grouping GT League by track instead of by championship. Also this probably means multi race championships (and the big end credit bonuses) are not in. Prize cars handed very liberally, but not sure if you can sell them.
Most interesting for me is the engine tuning menu:
ECU has a power % which is separate from the power restrictor. % Maybe we can adjust the engine power/torque profile like in NFSU2?
Ballast positioning is back.
Options to change steering angle, 4WS system, rear steering angle.
NA tuning expanded massively - bore up, stroke up, engine balance, port polish, high lift cam shaft, titanium connecting rods/pistons, racing crank shaft, high compression pistons
Weight reduction now up to 5 stages.
Now wait for those lucky people to progress to unlock more stuff

The game is still online for you? It seems like most people who where streaming have been taken offline, so I guess they've just been blacklisted from the server.
