It's odd that it doesn't mention an update specifically but I don't think that has any indication one way or another of how much more than just the cars that the update will bring.

As for that twitter post, I wouldn't read anything into it. It's written by a social media company who are paid solely to promote the game and engage with users. They are constantly posting things which brings responses. What is your favourite X, what do you think of Y, and so on. They would absolutely post that just for a regular update video if someone from Sony asked them to because they wanted a bit more engagement over the past few updates.

Sure, it could be something different/special, but don't get your hopes up. Not when it's not coming direct from PD.

I agree. And like you I am spamming many sites of stuff I don't like.
I don't like fashion, so I am spamming at least half a dozen fashion forums, so they understand I hate fashion and it is really a very bad thing.
Also, I don't like rap music, so I spam a number of forums about rap music, explaining how much I hate rap.
I really don't like politics, so I spam a couple of political forums, these people really need to understand how bad politics are and how I hate it.
I really like my life this way, it is really fulfilling :dunce:
Amazing, you couldn't be more wrong if you tried to.

I like Gran Turismo, at least I used to up to 6.
I'm expressing my opinion so it can be heard, and if enough people share the same sentiment it just might end up influencing the developers to improve on the game. It already worked for the physics. So I'll continue to express how lackluster the single player campaign of GT7 is, whether you like it or not.

Don't mind what he says. Some time ago he had something against me simply because I prefer the way Turn10 structured FM's multiplayer 🤷‍♂️

Typically they would say if there are new events/races/menu books included...not seeing any in these notes.

And the semi official Twitter account (I'm not sure if that is a legit account or one that has gained traction because there isn't one) had the cheek to say, 'ooooh excited for tomorrow'

Appreciate I sound like an entitled child, but it's hard to get excited about having new cars with no where new to race them (in single player at least)

Edit - maybe there's hope

Sad that there's no track, but expected.

However, the S14 is looking absolutely stunning:

Welp. There’s my monthly dose of disappointment. Provided by PD as per usual. Not surprising, not unexpected.
Still hurts a little.

This is because, like every single month, they don't release the details until the update is released.

As I was saying. Don't expect anything out of any mystery or apparant hype from the official socials. They are literally paid to do that, even if all they have to work with is a new wheel rim and new shade of green paint, they'll do what they're paid to in hyping it up and driving up social engagement with retweets, tags and shares.

It's an official account. Managed by a marketing team though, not PD.

Truthfully it's surprising PD even knew to do that with how little they communicate. :P

Meaning October's when we get the next track. I can feel the scent of Valley on my nose, though I'm not too sure if it's a Grand one or one made of Red Rocks...

NRA
I never specified which date. Early days though, Aran! 'The track' be revived from GT2!
Amen.
Your image said next update.

I'm just ribbing with you though, but seriously, you'll need to find some bigger clues beyond "Two cars that were in GT2 are now in GT7" that RR is coming.
