Might be an idea to clear your network data in the game's Options (GT -> Options -> Network).

If that doesn't resolve it, force your console to rebuild its database.

If that doesn't resolve it, uninstall the game and force your console to rebuild its database, then reinstall the game.
OK I'm at my PS5 now. So I'm going try what you said. Thanks for the input, much appreciated.

Minor question: between the two Honda Civic Type R models I’ve obtained from the two Honda competitions - where they’re both dressed like Super Taikyu cars - it’s only the 2024 one that has Korone near the front fender, right? In other words, how else would I tell the two apart? They look identical…

This is hilarious hahahaha, rewards like it's costing them real money to hand them out! It's not a real Carbon Brake Disc lads you can be a bit more charitable with it.
You know, someone may have been sitting there thinking "Nah, a 6-star is too generous. Let's give them a 5 instead." and I find that hilarious.

How I see PD with most of their gifts :

If the parts and engine tickets were redeemable against cars of my choosing, that’d go a long way to making those tickets less “ugh” when I get one. But I guess I’ll take my whatever part for a Tesla and have it remain forever unused.

Another returning track

Brill !..........yeah, you see that looks about right, with the projected debris being thrown up in what is approx 16% of Earth`s gravity UNLIKE the original shots of the Lunar rover doing the same thing way back when,..... when all the crap fell back down to "Earth" ................**** !.... what have i said 😐

Several months later, looks like GT's involvement in Japan National eSports Championship is still around, billed as a "Special Grand Prix" (i.e. exhibition):

Additional details on GT website (Japanese):

The grand finals for the Japan National eSports Championship Special GP will be today (December 15), 4 pm JST/7 am UTC, for those interested. (Japanese commentary only)

So you know how some cars only come in a single color, but also can get an engine swap? I'm especially referring to models like the Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 Nismo, the Ferrari F40, or the GReddy Fugu Z, but especially since they don't have any notable pre-set decals unlike something like the Abarth 595 SS or some colors for the BMW 3.0 CSL '73. I'm thinking of picking another color for each of those former three, namely ones that may be from similar models that come with more color options, so here were my ideas:

Ferrari F40 - Argento Nurburgring (From the F50)
GReddy Fugu Z - Grand Prix Maroon (From the 240ZG)
Nissan GT-R R32 Nismo - Deep Marine Blue (From the R33)

Come to think of it, I had even more ideas!

Nissan Skyline (R31) - Gun Gray Metallic (From the R32)
Amuse Nismo 380RS - Premium Passionate Orange (From the Z33)*

* I know this one technically has pre-set stickers, but I already had swapped one...

EDIT: I was also thinking of re-painting a spare A70 Supra the A80's Super Red IV, but I do really like those stickers on the side.

EDIT2: Then there's also a spare Mercedes-Benz 190 E Evo II that I've also swapped, but I'm unsure of what color I should re-paint it, if at all. Maybe some sort of silvery color?

Edit 2: I like Liquid blue colors and metallic tones of aqua/cyan and pearl oranges and soft greens. On second thought about me saying Gun Gray Metallic being good on a lot of cars, err... I tested it and I'd say it goes well on cars that start with dark colors.

I'm quite interested to hear what random thing Kaz gives away, possibly unintentionally, in his post-GTWS interviews this year once they release.

He's normally good for one new unexpected insight, even if it's not one people are necessarily asking for - in the last couple of years we've had the "city courses take five times as long as stadium courses so don't expect many" tidbit, and the "enthusiasts are driving SUVs more and more so GT needs to cover them" comment.

Yeah but that’s only because nobody makes (affordable and decent) sports cars anymore  it’s not by choice!
Unfortunately it's the other way round. Mazda MX5 is the example of an affordable and decent sportscar, but there is little demand so few competitors.
People want crossovers because they are convenient and there is very little opportunity for sporty driving.
I own a sportscar (guess which one) but live in Amsterdam. In the NL max speed is 100 km/h, 60 (!!!!) on country roads. I have to drive for an hour to get to a place where traffic is light enough to break the speed limit. If I want to have some driving fun I need to drive for 2 to 3 hours to go to the Ardennes or Eiffel. We do that a couple of times per year, but everyday driving fun is out of the question.
