What makes you ask that? Not seeing anything indicating that its done.
I think I might know why they asked. The lack of the Michelin logo here:

Also no BBS logo, though I'm not sure when that might've disappeared. I recall BBS being in some financial difficulties at a similar time as Fanatec, but not sure if that was resolved.

IIRC, the other games that had BMW's or Mercedes' DTM from that period scrub out any references to DTM. For instance, the BMW in Forza Motorsport 5, The Crew series, and Real Racing 3 uses a generic BMW Motorsport number plate (and refers to themselves as "M4 Racing":

The Crew series also uses a generic "Touring Car" moniker for Mercedes' counterparts, on top of also using plain/launch liveries.
This is the part of licensing that I hate.

Is there a way to report dirty players in Sport Mode now? One of the most popular GT content creators released a video today saying that a player that he previously had banned for racing dirty in daily races is back doing it again on another account. I haven't raced online except for the occasional free weekend since last February so I can't confirm or deny if dirty players can be reported now.

Geez, did I miss something? When did they fix the GR Yaris and the GR Corolla. They used to have horrible lift off oversteer that I just couldn’t drive them. Tonight I was doing some testing and thought I’d try them again. They are now fantastic to drive, couldn’t get them to oversteer even when I tried to. Thanks PD! 🥳

I think the lift-off AWD craziness was tamped down in the 1.49/1.50 updates.

The Corolla, EVOs, AMG 45 and a bunch of others were WILD on the brakes. Haven't tried driving them much recently though.

These two stood out as the worst to drive when we first got them. Now it’s like we got two great new cars to use. I put a bunch of miles on that Corolla yesterday/this morning.

To be honest, wasn't really a fan of a single tire sponsor in the game. Or any parts for that matter. (Including Brembo) We really should have multiple options available to us.

Wonder if we'll eventually get Pirelli back as a tyre sticker option. You can still get Pirelli tyre stickers currently by porting over a livery from GT Sport, but of course that only works for cars that were in Sport, and none of the new cars for GT7 e.g. Ford GT GTLM, Genesis X Gr.3 etc.

Oh and some cars have Pirelli's as their default, so for those you don't have to do the GT Sport step.

No.

And how would the content creator ban another player for something that is not a breach of the PSN code?

I just put Pirelli on my GT3 Ferrari for the TT and my 2 hour Roar before the 24…

Well, there are 2 companies operating under the same BBS logo: the German and the Japanese. The German was the one with financial difficulties (since the politic unrest in Guinea) and they used to make cast and flow-formed wheels, KW Suspension CEO bought the company and tried to resuscitate it, but it seems they are having problems again. I remember reading something about the rise of electricity cost in Europe after the Ukrainian-Russian war and how it affected BBS Germany. The Japanese one is completely independent from the German, they are the ones who make the forged wheels, they made statements reporting that the German BBS' issues does not affect them and they only share the name and logo. To make things even more confusing, BBS Japan has a factory in Germany where they make the F1 forged wheels.
In fact, the German BBS wheels are imported into Japan by the same company that import KW and Brembo, Hashimoto Corporation iirc.
Probably the Nations Cup was sponsored by the Japanese BBS.

Speaking of parts, I'm still baffled by the inclusion of the HRE Wheels stickers in the livery editor despite not actually having those wheels, but now that we've seen more wheel brands get added, I suppose HRE designs could still be a possibility. (Though I personally would've waited to add the stickers until the actual wheels were added, haha.) I'd also say that it could be very cool to see more wheels from brands that have very low amount of wheels, like Spoon and Hayashi Racing.

On another note, I wonder if it could be worth seeing slightly older prototypes in Gr.1? Don't get me wrong, I'm profoundly excited to see more LMH/LMDh cars join Gr.1, especially as more automakers IRL discuss potentially entering such as Genesis and Ford. But what about slightly older prototypes from the 2000s/2010s? The Nissan Onroak DPi and Mazda RT24-P do look especially alluring, even to this day. The latter even has a notable difference from the Gr.1-spec Mazda LM55 VGT - instead of a rotary, the RT24-P uses a turbocharged inline-4. Of course, as far as DPi goes, there were two other manufacturers in that group - Acura and Cadillac - but they have more up-to-date racers in LMDh, with the ARX-06 and V-Series.R, respectively. Personally, if it were up to me, I'd just wait to see if Nissan and/or Mazda get on board with LMDh/LMH.

They may as well have said it's coming February 🤣 That would be closer to the truth than January. Fingers crossed we get a decent update. They've had 3 months to come up with something.

Don't give them ideas. Pushing it to February means they could justify skipping another month, meaning the update after would be early April or something lol
