I think the yellow signs above the tires is used in a version of Suzuka whenever there's a online championship in Sport Mode

That's the point. Polyphony has been using a revamped version of Suzuka in in-person World Series events since August 2023 in Amsterdam. That version of Suzuka has the updated logo and it seems like some minor differences like that yellow ad line.
In fact the revamped version of Suzuka is the one Polyphony uses in all new releases and even appears in the intro of the game since Spec II, but for some strange reason they haven't updated the game with this version 🤷‍♂️ .

That's the point.
It's not: you've crossed two things at once.

@Hbdb04's point is that the yellow ad-boards are not exclusive to the version of Suzuka with the updated track logo (only seen, as you point out, in live events - and now absent from the public game for over two years), but also appear in the version of the track used during open online events in the GTWS to regular players too.

His picture - showing the yellow boards at turn one/two - was of his own GTWS qualifying round in the Toyota GR GT Cup, not a live event.

PD should include Apricot Hill and Midfield, and the track in which Apricot Hill perhaps was inspired from, Circuit Paul Ricard.

Apricot hill, midfield, autumn ring, el capitan, costa di amalfi... If its too expensive for pd to adquire a licence for a real world track, then bring back those.

The big decent at the beginning of the lap on GVHW1 reminds me of Kanan road, Malibu canyon and Topanga Canyon road - honestly there’s a lot of roads in the Malibu area that look the same when your descending down to the coast. Drove easily a few thousand miles on all those roads in my teens-early 20’s, and probably ran a couple hundred miles in the area when I was in smoke jumper school.

That region and its associated roads hold a special place in my heart. They provided freedom and salvation from my teens till my early 20’s to go surf….and for 6 weeks in early 2004 - provided a lot of pain 😂
Parts of the circuit definitely remind me of PCH/HW1 but others don't. I'm also used to a different part of the road compared to what's depicted in the game, we definitely got more trees up in Marin :lol:

Yeah, they did really good job of depicting the different parts of PCH, but definitely went light on the trees for the
Cambria—->North - inspired parts of the Circuit.

I think this can be interpreted as PD acknowledging their POS trees aren’t up to the task 😂

They've added some stuff to Known Issues today:
Steering Controllers
 - On the THRUSTMASTER® T300RS, the force feedback effect may differ between the left and right directions under certain conditions;
 - On the THRUSTMASTER® T300RS, device protection safety is triggered more easily on high loads from Update 1.54 onwards;
 - On the Fanatec® GT DD Pro / Extreme, unexpected noises may be produced when turning the wheel sharply.

Physics Simulation Model
 - In Scapes demo movies or when making a pit stops during a race, the car will drive in an unintended manner if the tyres collide with the fenders.
