Two million euros, that's the sum you have to give me. In cash!Ofc he has it and ofc he will hold it back for GT8. Well, unless you pay him

Looks like an obscene gesture to me....Two million euros, that's the sum you have to give me. In cash!

I would assume not as they would have to write down and keep track of what cars and models they've already used for each manufacturer, and they would have to tweak the physics and all the other variables/settings of each new car that they plan to add in certain future updates of gt7. It's not a simple task for any game and they have to use coding to insert them in the game. The same would apply to anymore tracks.I honestly don't get the impression that people here seem to think it's really easy to add a car to the game.
Probably not a good representation to use Ferrari because they would absolutely hold off releasing an F car for Ferrari correspondence.. Like the Ferrari VGT.I always have a wee laugh to myself when the good old ‘PD are holding back content’ argument flares up. I like to think that these people imagine Kaz behind a big Mahogany desk with a white cat on his lap laughing that the 499p is modelled and ready to go but won’t put it in game just because! 😂
What do you mean? They have to use coding to add cars to the game?I would assume not as they would have to write down and keep track of what cars and models they've already used for each manufacturer, and they would have to tweak the physics and all the other variables/settings of each new car that they plan to add in certain future updates of gt7. There isn't a swap for the 370Z.Hey bro, if I did an engine swap in the 370z would that give me more power than the stock engine? Would that be better?
That's your issue with that post? Not the part where PD has to write down what cars are in the game? What do you mean? They have to use coding to add cars to the game?
Maybe that explains all the dupes in the GT4-6 era? They simply didn't write down they already had an MX-5 and kept adding more. That's your issue with that post? Not the part where PD has to write down what cars are in the game?
do you think they used an A4 exam paper pad or a post it?Maybe that explains all the dupes in the GT4-6 era? They simply didn't write down they already had an MX-5 and kept adding more.
M = CarMaybe that explains all the dupes in the GT4-6 era? They simply didn't write down they already had an MX-5 and kept adding more.
Haha I didn't understand most of it actually lol. That's your issue with that post? Not the part where PD has to write down what cars are in the game?
Yes, in order to put a digital car into a racing game, PD must place the appropriate code into the appropriate place in the existing code. This is not far from saying "in order to get oxygen into your bloodstream you must suck air into your lungs"; not exactly insightful.I mean I know what coding means, one of my friends from a gaming website is a developer of a game and he has to use Javascript and coding sources to make it playable to the public. The trick for gt7 is PD must decide on a car and then start coding/developing it to make it playable and useful to the public/community. That's the point.
What? Why? What gesture is it looking like?Looks like an obscene gesture to me....
That way livery data (local and downloaded liveries) will be saved to the system storage instead of the servers, much like every Forza game.I think PD should add the offline livery editor because livery editor is now part of GT Auto unlike in Gran Turismo Sport which made it; it's own separate thing.
Yeah, I think this should be pitched to PD and I think it would be a great idea. That way livery data (local and downloaded liveries) will be saved to the system storage instead of the servers, much like every Forza game.
Agree. As far as I understand the problem is all that data is storage on AWS servers and not on our consoles, but they should be able to download the data to consoles when closing serversIf I was the person doing the GT7 updates, I would add an offline livery editor, so players won't be upset over the liveries being deleted like with GT Sport.
Yeah, they should. There's a lot of people who work hard on their liveries; like me & others.Agree. As far as I understand the problem is all that data is storage on AWS servers and not on our consoles, but they should be able to download the data to consoles when closing servers
Well that spoils my next surprise that the 370Z isn't even in the game...
Drove a Ford Shelby GT350R up to... 6,200 KM / Approx. 4,000 Mi or something of the sort, definitely basic numbers I think but I would over-maintain it. Would the Engine / Body start wearing if I only changed the oil? (I'm super meticulous about oil changing every 250-300 KM / 160-185 miles.)View attachment 1446481
I adore this car so much, I'm very meticulous about changing oil after after race I run, but after building a 950pp setup to take on Gr1 events - needed a full engine and chassis refresh.
*Okay, yes it's only down to Normal but it's only the second time this has happened, the first being my Nissan Group C car that I use as an 800p monster.
B-but GT Auto is just for haha useless car wash and oil drink, should just be removed rather than being kept as useless nostalgia!I think PD should add the offline livery editor because livery editor is now part of GT Auto unlike in Gran Turismo Sport which made it; it's own separate thing.
Only PD knows when the next update is coming. Are we going to see an update next week?
This cycle always ends up happening the last few years. Skip a month, early release the next. Wait until the end of the month, so over a month has passed and release another at the end of June or so.May 1st at the earliest if they keep releasing on Thursdays.
That would technically mean they'd have skipped April entirely, though a similar number of days will have passed as normal.
We might get in a pattern of updates releasing at the beginning of months rather than at the end if that's the case.
Remains to be seen.
