Gran Turismo 7 Livery Editor - General Discussion Thread

Always loved that 70's and early 80's Minolta logo.

You can get it here:

Minolta Camera Skyline Super Silhouette '84

Is there a way to download another users livery but edit it? I really like the rusty paint jobs but have no idea how they make them, it would be nice to download one and be able to change colours and decals but keep that rust look?

When folks share, they have the option to make it editable. So it’s possible but a crap shoot for which are able.

So i'm not the only one that thought of making a Bosozoku / Zokusha livery for the Super Silhouette.

I'm potentially the only person not making R30 SSS liveries right now, but here's my retro-revamp, the Lowenbrau Porsche 917 Living Legend. It's a remake of the Lowenbrau-liveried 935 K4 Moby Dick by Kremer Racing.

Also doing the Momo Team Joest 935/81 Moby Dick (teaser above...) which I'll share soon.

Haha I didn’t buy the car so me either.

I have a number of 917 LL in progress but they keep getting bumped for other cars. I should circle back on those. Such a good looking car.

Agreed. I love it. And now it's had a fuel rate buff I think it's even more of a weapon!

I have two questions

As you can see in the first pictures the lines aren't crisp but wavy. How do i get around that problem.

And for the mini, how do you put a sticker on the highlighted area?
I had to repaint the car orange, i could not find it.

Is there a way to keep colours history from a car to a helmet?

Also, while I'm on the subject and even though there's nothing we can do about it, I'm **** annoyed when I use a colour in my colour history and it slightly changes the colour, and then I have x times the almost same colour in the colour history. Sorry :D

Adding them to your favourites doesn't work?

Had it happen today where I ended up with what felt like 50 shades of yellow

This thing is a handful with the Z4 engine. Going to need some serious tuning.
Try the Praiano 550P tune then adjust accordingly. Worked for me, but I lowered it another 5mm all round... still a handful though!

My LEC#2 RSR has a sister... And a suit. And a helmet to celebrate.

That's awesome! Makes the Momo Team Joest 935/81 Homage I was about to post seem a bit bland by comparison! But nice to see another 917 LL being worked on.

More pics in my gallery, but I spotted an issue which I'll fix tonight.

EDIT: livery fixed, pics updated, download link shared.
