I'm a bit wary of the 400 "types" of cars. Whatever that means.

Also, it appears the Charger Hellcat and Hellcat Pacecar are returning from the collage

So many to list! No doubt someone will eventually post the zoom out of the tons of thumbnails at the 400+ cars bit.

Some quick spots from memory: Autobianchi A112 Abarth, 2012 Mazda RX-8 Spirit R, Nissan Sileighty (sneaky in the tuning section getting a rear wing), Ferrari Testarossa, Ferrari F8 Tributo, Renault 5 Turbo, Peugeot 205 T16, 2020 Honda Civic Type R Limited Edition, 2008 Nissan Fairlady Z, Nissan Fairlady Z 240ZG, 2018 Subaru BRZ STI Sport, Jeep Willys GP, the Mazda Atenza 22XD L Package from GT Sport, what I think was the 80s Ferrari GTO.

I imagine it'll be combed through frame-by-frame in time.

If you mean the road car, that has been seen in the very first trailer I believe, if you mean the race car, where exactly?
Race car (or at least race-liveried car) at 23:18-23:20.

Kinda looks like a pre-98 car.

Edit: I think you're right that it's still the Strassenversion. It's in a race behind a BAC Mono.

The 180SX shown during car customization had a Sileighty badge. I wonder if it’s a separate model or a cosmetic upgrade like it was in reality.

Edit: Separate model it appears by the post above.

I see a Plymouth Superbird in there!
That also seems to reinforce the possibility that more playable livery variations will become available for Gr.3/Gr.4 models at least; note the purple and black F-Type Gr.3 on the centre-left.

Speaking of which, the Castrol NSX scheme shown in the Daytona oval clip looks mint. Looks like it's based on the 2018 Spa 24H GT3 car.
