No, it's not.That's a lie
Okay. So what?it was said that this game would have the essence of the previous Gran Turismos, in addition to including the GT mode from the beginning
This doesn't make any sense. Why would having a GT mode mean always online isn't a requirement?because it should not be able to be played when connected
One previous GT had an always online requirement. It was the most recent one. Thus GT7 having it is also an "essence of the previous Gran Turismos" (like the livery editor, which also made a debut in GT Sport).
Ah, the hilarious paperweight gag again. The only thing they achieve with this is that they are nothing more than paperweights, because once the servers have closed it will be UNUGABLE
Also, yes. Unugable. Totally unable to ug.
Actually I've stated on several occasions that it's quite annoying that when GT Sport's servers close it will be the first game in the history of GT you won't be able to go back and play for nostalgic purposes - and how odd that is given that Yamauchi knows how much players like to play the old games.it doesn't get into your head
What doesn't get into your head is that accepting this technical limitation PD has imposed upon itself isn't the same thing as liking it.
Aside from the fact you're being boorish at this point, this insult doesn't even make any sense.you are nothing more than a bunch of ****ing FANBOYS
Fact is GT7 is built around always being online. That's reality. Whining about it and popping up once an update to post a link to a petition isn't going to change that; PD would need to rebuild the entire game - which it has worked on for more than five years, so figure on at least a year - to satisfy your request, during which time you'd likely get no new content. Which I'm sure wouldn't cause any whining at all.
Maybe, at the end of the game's life, we'll see an update that allows for continued play without servers (good luck, the save files are on the servers). We'll have to wait and see if GT Sport gets that treatment first, and that'll clue us into whether GT7 will.
In the meantime, you can either accept the reality of it or not, but you don't get to act like a tosser to people who are trying to give you information.
It made the same decision with GT Sport. That came out in 2017. Seen a "fix" for it yet?@Famine PD has made a wrong decision (always online) - now they have to deal with it and fix it. No matter how.
If it happens, it'll be at end of life. Don't hold out any hope.
