Maybe, maybe not.I think Sophy in custom races is a game changer.
Names is their starting position (because I wanted to know if it makes any difference to it),Now to see if Sophy is able to use clever pit-stop strategies... and not to use rubberbanding
cars were picked as "expected finishing order and then mirrored", with the gt500 and Silhouette being put at the end.
A B C D E F G G F E D C B A H I J K L where each letter represents one type of car and L is me.
I waited in the pits until the last minute and drove a final lap so the finishing screen shows.
1h maggiore Sophy (26 laps)
It has no clue about its fuel consumption vs time left and it seems "pits when it feels like it should" ending up with too much time refueling instead of driving.
1h maggiore regular AI (27 laps)
Knows better how to pit (on lower fuel), is faster, but yes, its driving of course is rails instead of awareness.
In a head on it would have lapped Sophy because of using fuel.
And there is no beating a Calibra (is Lexus currently OP?)
What about rubberbanding?
Edit: rubberbanding definitly strong (for Sophy).
Sophy without me 2m13 (26laps)
Sophy with me 1m 57s (30laps) - and that is a time that I can not replicate on RH tyres, in fact it is a time I usually would have on RM on a stronger BoP.
as a result for being stupid on fuel, both Lexus entered the pits on the final minute even though both would have had enough fuel to complete the last lap on p2 and p3 behind me.
