Disappointing we're getting the convertible Z4, and not the Coupe.

edit: Glad we're at least getting another Bimmer though.

Since we already have the Rally 205 in the game, having the stock car whether in GTi form or whatever is a welcome change. I hope the Z4 bangled designed car can have a meaty v8 engine swap to transform it into a monster then we can have some cool V8 GT racing at tokyo or Sardegna or even dragon trails.

I too would have preferred the coupe, but lets get the hood down and drive baby!

Not sure about the big truck, to quite a certian eccentric billionaire: "does it come in black???"

For the 205 while I'm hoping for a GTi as it's the one with the most colour choices and more iconic, I'm feeling a Rallye as it doesn't have the sunroof and would also be a closer rival to the MK1 Golf GTi - the 1.6/1.9 seem more naturally rivals to the MK 2 golf GTi 16v

Will be interesting to see which one it turns out to be.

Means there might be the faintest of hope in getting a Clio Williams (hopium in full force)

The 1.6 GTI has nicer wheels, and they didn't all have a sunroof anyway.

Already have decals waiting to make a Lacoste and GT model, regardless of which one they add.

I agree about the cars.
For the rest, it's probably not to do with the B-spec, sophy doesn't manage all circuits.
Probably a new track... But i sincerely hope that it also concerns sophy, but with a real step forward. (more LAPS please)

Doing my best squinting at the picture, is there any way to tell if the BMW is a normal Z4 or Z4M?

There are no ridges or bulges on the hood, so at least I can't tell which version it is.

'There will be plenty to talk about in the next update'. Everybody assumed it would be in a positive manner but, with this being PD, you can't take that for granted.

The cars are an utter farce.

I feel like I’ve entered the twilight zone. How long did they say it takes to create cars and they’ve gone for a pickup and a BMW Z4. I thought we had a Z4 in the game? We’ve also got the 205 Gr. B in the game so are these just model tweaks?

The ingame Z4 is a newer model not the early 2000's bangle era design, which the race car is based on. So likely yes they are modelling new cars for the update.

The 205 and Z4 are both perfectly neat cars that fit the roster. Pretty much exactly what you should be expecting from a GT update, not much to complain about with those but also not a lot to elucidate on, they're just pretty good.

My stance on the Unimog is the same as it has been for the Himedic/Hiace - I'm not against them being in the game, but PD need to put something in the game for them to do with their unique abilities. They shouldn't just be weird-looking Sunday Cup fodder.

Honestly, I really like how GT7 car roster keeps being an absolute random car encyclopedia. Hopefully those 3D-models are really good and can be used for many more years, eventually resulting in an over 2000 cars roster with all kind of cars, from first ever Benz automobile to latest modern hypercars. Cars from all over the world and all over the years. I think this is what Kaz is going for and I'm all in for it.

I suppose depends on how you define "largest vehicle to ever feature in a Gran Turismo game", but the Jay Leno Tank Car would still be the longest and most massive over a Unimog.

A Peugeot 205 and and BMW z4 would be a decent choise. But i still think i wait to play until march update. Have not played since december. Just not enough content even after 2 updates maybe after 3 it will be more worthy to come back.

Nothing mindblowing at least for me.

I am convinced that we wont see anything major for gt7 at this point those stuff are more likely reserved for gt8 instead.

The 205 is a neat addition to the game. I have no real opinion about the Z4, nor the Unimog, kupo.

Question : Could the Daihatsu Midget fit into the back of the Mercedes?

Very true but it made a cool as hell noise when you depressurised the seal 🤣

True story I rolled my first one over when I was 18 (didn't understand lift off oversteer and SWB!!!) and the sunroof didn't smash even with the front A pillar caved in!

The z4M had a couple of creases running up the bonnet, this is not an M.
