That "quickly tell everyone you’re a dirty driver with “Let’s have a clean race!”. Made me lol. Is this a running joke? Because I really thought people were genuine when they used that line🤣. Apart from people driving dirty then using that line after the race....the audacity of some people🤣. Glad they added quick chat back!

The niche updates are so good this month it practically overshadows the new content!

Saving cutom races, and buying parts from race event screens? too awesome! Was hoping they fixed the tyre issue for custome races too. Gonna have to check.

Finally looby features, now i can compete with my friends, and let the rest play the monopoly game, i hope some can get virtual rich.

Off topic but why do i see some peoples replies in green text?
You can easily have them out of your sight:

First rodeo? PD are just slow. Always have been. Kaz is also either a straight up liar or at best incredibly optimist with little grasp on reality.

Let me remind you a few months before GT6 came out he said this about course maker:

When did it actually come? Almost TWO YEARS LATER! How can you be that far off in your estimation? How could he have thought it was close to day one when really it needed another two years?

There is no other big project, just some serious issues at a supposed first party studio of 300 people.
Never tried rodeo.. They added more to GT-Sport within a shorter timeframe than they have been able to with GT7, something is up.

So, all the weird tantrums aside, what the hell is this?

I've been mucking about with lobby settings and although that information is displayed it doesn't actually appear to affect BOP power/weight...
It's applied in sports mode, maybe every car has a unique BOP based on the track making more cars suitable for more tracks instead of just one BOP covering everything.

Currently updating.

Tickets are PRE-DETERMINED prizes. Saving them for updates will not change the prizes you will get. They are already there. Unless you want to save them for just the purpose of seeing many at the same time or making a video opening several tickets, don't bother with saving them up at all. Just open them and don't waste your time mate.

Oh, that’s be like real BOP. It’s a start. I mean, default Car setting don’t apply to all tracks. Having a BOP for a track like Tsukuba, Spa and Le Mans, is pretty good. For this game.

According to the patch notes, it's in lobby, meeting place, and Sport - and it's certainly displayed in lobby but doesn't appear to have any actual effect. My RX-Vision had exactly the same power and weight on a High Speed track (Deep Forest) as a Medium Speed track (Alsace Test).

I wonder if it changes other settings on the cars like downforce etc

The update seems to be directed mostly at online side of things, which is nice I guess, though I don't play online. So for me this is another meh update.

The only thing I'm looking forward to is testing 918 at Nordschleife, but that will have to wait until after my holidays. This will be the only car I actually buy from all of the cars added with previous updates.

I never denied it was the least paying GT game since GT3. I just said selling is overhyped, but of course if they add selling now, it'd be a welcome feature now the economy is in a better state.

I was just saying that if the game launched with it as people wanted, it wouldn't solve the economy issues because payouts would've been adjusted to match it. Instead of getting I don't know, 50k for finishing an event, it's likely you would get 25k and a car that sells for 25k, or something like that.

The economy was obviously designed to pay out as little as it did, selling would not have been a miracle cure for that, it would've been part of the equation.
If you implement dynamic price changes and say that you want to reflect real world value of cars than its obvious you should alow the value changes work in player changes too? No? Honestly I don't care about it just don't lie to players that its for the game to be better.

Okay, if the data ine thing is correct, that means Nissan will have three Gr.3 choices. If the 2018 GT-R GT3 debuts in this game. Still behind BMW and Ford with four each, but it’s a start.
