Wow, thanks for the refresh info I have freaking I've farmed 23 million waiting for that car, it showed up like 3 times a day until I hit level 24. Driving in circles got old real quick, I have a ton of nice race cars any how

Are you just talking about the normal method where you just load a map and quit? Or something else?

Even easier... go to license test B, start on B-1. Keep hitting "next" until you reach B-5 and exit. Voila!

I did that for 3 straight days and it never showed up, then I did the practice start quit for like 15 times and Formula showed up.
